The face of your buissness, should be someone who is people oriented, lacks attitude and is knowledgeable on all fronts. Unfortunately the man we were met with on multiple occasions did not fit the above description. It left a very sour taste in my mouth, and we now won't be replacing our laptop that randomly stopped charging that we only bought 3 years ago that was hardly used, that they now cant get parts for through them. I would rather support another buissness that stands behinds their products, and deal with someone who is MUCH more pleasant then what we had to deal with upon entry to your store. Thankfully your repair man was lovely to deal with, and he truly tried his best, but the face of your buissness is also very important.

Excellent service from my first phone call answered by Trevor to the solution for my hp lap top charging problems in one day! Trevor was amazing and called me to let me know what he felt the problem was and proceeded to fix it. He explained every step and I will always bring any technical device to get serviced at this establishment. Great location in Downtown Parry Sound and the two other people I interacted with seemed very nice as well.
