Great service! Brought in my mac lap top to replace my keyboard. The cost was was substantially less then I expected it to be. They also cleaned my whole laptop inside and out and replaced the small black pads on the bottom of the laptop free of charge. Since this is my work computer I was initially worried about how long it would take to get it back- 24hrs later they called and said it was ready!!!! I was super happy with the service and would recommend Southbank to anyone looking for help with their computer!

Excellent experience with Rick! I came in with my MacBook Pro, a shot hard-drive and no backup. After two days of long work, Rick was able to retrieve nearly all my files. He replaced my harddrive and transferred my files for a very reasonable price. Very grateful!

I cannot express my thanks enough. My HP 17 inch laptop has a very bad design at the hinges. Rick spent many hours trying to do the best repair as I was on a tight budget. Turns out all the effort was not enough to keep the computer together. He ordered new parts at a very reasonable cost and then again spent a ton of time making sure the new parts would not break again (welding and testing new parts). I highly recommend SouthBank Computers and am going to tell all of my friends to go see him!!!!!!!!!!! Don't buy a 17 inch HP laptop! It was totally unusable after 18 months. Now, it is good as new thanks to SouthBank Computers.

My HDD was dying. Purched an SSD to replace. Had concerns about cloning to SSD. Rick explained the process. Try cloning (cheaper to do). He repaired a minor sector problem and successfully cloned. Everything works perfect so far. He had my laptop for one day !!!! great service/knowledgeable.

Walking in for the first time I was shocked on how unorganized this place looked. Shelves overflowing with parts , things scattered all over the workstation area. It seems like this place is a disaster waiting to happen. Not to mention his computer that is hooked up to so many wires. This place seems like its behind the times, and the owner does not have all the repair kits to do a computer fix. Then why call yourself a repair business?
