It has been a long time since I've been here, I believe it had a different name before. I came here with two different laptops, on different occasions. I was charged the same price every time and nothing was fixed. First laptop I was told is as good as a door stop. I understand that a thing might be broken beyond repair, but there was still a service fee of around $240. The second time I was charged the same fee, no improvement was made to that laptop and I ended up fixing it myself. Maybe with the name change there was a change in management, I certainly hope their service has improved. I lost all my work on the first laptop before the final submission of a project for college. Once again this was a long time ago, maybe 8 years ago.
