10/10 would recommend. Less than a day for iPad screen replacement. Amazing customer service. Actually told me beforehand what issues to look for after the repair to make sure everything’s on point, cause I was super nervous (what other store is that honest?!!). The next day, I noticed a minuscule light bleed in one corner, they offered to replace with a brand new part, same day, no charge, no problem! Vishal even explained how they always order 2 parts and the LCD screen is OEM refurbished (which is what Apple uses for out of warranty repairs) and then even went over the step by step touch connectivity checks that he personally did when installing the screen. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier. iPad looks, feels and works amazingly. Vishal is extremely knowledgeable, has superb attention to detail and goes above and beyond to make someone nervous feel comfortable with repairs.

After my son dropped his Samsung phone and broke the screen we called around to see about getting it fixed. This location by far gave us the best service over the phone so we took his phone in. Went to have Samsung Galaxy screen replaced. Phoned prior to walking in, staff gave excellent advise based on my questions. When arrived, staff were thorough in examining my phone and outlining the cost and repair procedure. Said it would be 2 hours, ended up being 1 hr! Great friendly staff with speedy service! I will be going back if have any other issues with my devices!

Quick service and easy to use. I got to their website, set an appointment and moments later received a call to confirm. They fixed my broken screen and got it out to me an hour earlier than expected and were kind and courteous the whole way through. Price was a bit more than I expected but a quick google search shows the replacement costs have been high so I’m not too irritated over it. Gotta make your money back and labour costs of course. Definitely will be following up there should any issues arise in the future. Otherwise can’t think of anything to dissuade anyone from using these guys.

UHOH, i dropped and broke my iPad screen... so I do a search find this place, close by, so I call. I told them what is wrong, they give me an appointment to drop it off within the hour. I show up and the tech takes a look, does some minor tests and checks to be sure if anything else might have been damaged, good thorough work.. makes sense! He tells me it should be done in a few hours and they will let me know when it is ready. They emailed me, messaged me and voice called me to let me know it was ready! Talk about covering all the bases! Excellent! I arrive to pick up my iPad and he brings it out, all looking nice and new. Shows me the screen and shows me that the fingerprint ID still works (the screen was hit basically right st the home button, so it was a concern it might have been damaged) AWESOME! Price was fair as well... considering what I payed at a different place for my iPhone screen. Great work, thorough tech, great price... i'd go back anytime, if needed. Thanx!

Went in at 1:30 PM and they fixed my phone by 3 PM. They had the official Samsung part in stock so they replaced my screen and changed my battery with a 3 month warranty. Very fast service and good work overall.

Great quick service, with most electronics I expect it to take a while, with ordering parts and such. I needed a battery replacement for my google pixel 3 xl which although a great phone not common for cases and such so I was pleasantly surprised when they had the battery I needed and got it all fixed up under the estimated time. Not to mention the gentleman who helped me was nice got the info he needed efficiently without sounding rude and was great to talk with.

This is literally the WORST repair shop I have ever been too. So, my Nintendo switch had some minor issues. When off the dock, the screen would turn off and on, and the cartridge reader wasn't working. I could still play it on the dock / tv screen though, as long as I played a game that was downloaded. Anyways, took it in to get fixed, and after they repaired those issues, they caused the speakers to malfunction, so had to send it back. When I finally got the switch back, I took it home, and a few days later pulled it out to play and saw the "Orange screen of death". Took it back to them and now they are claiming my switch is dead and can't be repaired. It was working before I brought it in, but now it's completely dead. They are offering me a refund, but are refusing to take any responsibility for the fact that they essentially made my switch worse (and now I'm stuck having to buy a brand new system). On top of that, I have never experienced worse customer service. Not only were they very rude, but they kept talking over me and interrupting me every time I tried to talk. I could barely get a word in edgewise. To summarize, I strongly recommend NEVER going to this place for anything, especially game system repairs. They failed to do the one thing their shop is meant for, instead making my system worse, and on top of that they were rude and disrespectful. Horrible, horrible experience!!

I felt welcome & valued. They take a keen interest in their customers and are very accommodating. They are not the sort of people to charge you for every little thing possible. Little things are looked after with no charge and you leave with that precious feeling of being in the right place. They really do understand customer service and provide it. While my needs have not been straight-forward, they looked after me in a keen, speedy & professional manner. Their location is very convenient, looks terrific & parking is just great. Their pricing is reasonable. During these trying times all of us can enter their location feeling confident that their safety precautions are in place. I will continue to return of course.

They weren't great at first but ended up suggesting a cheaper and better solution instead of just taking my money. I put in a request for a OnePlus 6T screen and received a call back with a pretty steep quote so I said I needed to think about it. We had some back and forth with missed calls and messages but in the end I was told I would need to go into the store to leave a deposit. The person helping me was not wearing a mask or gloves and asked to see my phone. I would have been happy to provide the IMEI or whatever he needed if he asked but I handed it over. No hand sanitizer between customers and he even wiped his nose on his arm while he had my phone. He said I would get a call in the morning and that the screen was being picked up that day. The next morning I didn't hear anything back and when I called them after 1pm said they were about to call me to say the screen wouldn't be available for a few days. A few days later I got a call from Gary and he explained some issues with warranty on the screen and that it concerned him. They would do the repair but weren't comfortable. He also told me the manufacturer could replace for a third of the price and even sent me the link to request a service and refunded my deposit remotely. Great guy. His staff not so much....

My son and I took his iPhone XR in to have the shattered screen fixed. The gentleman that served us was polite, knowledgeable and professional. He said it would take about an hour to fix and that he wasn't sure if he would be able to get the face recognition to work because it was quite damaged. He called after about 45 minutes to say it's done and everything works perfectly! We were very impressed and will definitely recommend this place!! Thanks for the great service!!

Made an appointment online and an hour later got a returned call, took my iPhone in right away and after inspection was told that my battery port was dirty and that I had to get it cleaned. I brought my phone battery to be changed around noon and it was ready to pick up about 3/4 hours later. My phone had no signs of being opened up and looked great. The service was friendly and clear. I felt comfortable asking questions and inquiring about different services. Because of Covid, they have an appointment policy. Their website to decide your best course of strategy in fixing your device was super easy to navigate and it was easy to contact the store by phone as well. There is no long wait for appointment. It is typically Same Day unless your device will take a couple hours and you don't want to leave it at the store overnight. They are clear on the phone helping you know what to do. Finally got my iphone charging port fixed today . And it was free no kidding free. It was loose and my cable keep coming out for last 2 months and it stopped charging last nite . I went for coffee in the morning at tims and saw the store rite next to it. Went inside and asked them to fix it and they fixed in 5 min as it only needed cleaning and tried to pay them and buy coffee for the guy but he said its okay so here i am doing my first review which i think they deserve for being honest otherwise there was no way i could tell it was only cleaning . i was ready to spend the dollars. I was very impressed with the honesty of UbreakiFix. I phoned Apple about my iPad loosing power ,and they suggested I bring it in. I had no time for that, then they said they will send me an envelope I can put my iPad in, send it to them and they will change the battery and return it to me within 4-5 businesses days. This was not an option I wanted. I said to myself , I will go online and see what I can find, and I saw UbreakiFix so I went over to there store which is not far from where I live, and told the gentlemen I need a new battery, he asked me how I knew that, and I told him Apple did a test over the phone and told me I needed a new battery, then said maybe not and did something on my iPad and said let's try this first . They could have ripped me off because I'm not that good on computers but they chose not to. I was very impressed with there honesty, professionalism, and it did not take that long to fix my iPad. I would highly recommend UbreakiFix to everyone who needs help with there computer. Thanks so much for making what I thought would be a nightmare into a very pleasant experience .

The wife and I went in to repair two phones and the customer service and phone repairs were great! The little things count a lot for me. When we walked in there was a family being helped at the counter and the person working with them said “we will be right with you” and someone immediately came from the back and helped us. While we were being helped a lady came in and someone said the same thing again - “we will be right with you” – and then came around and proceeded to help her. This is how customer service should be! My iPhone 8 was to be fixed in one hour while my wife’s Samsung Galaxy S9 was estimated to be done by the end of the day. After a few hours, I received an update that it was all done! From dropping off my phones to picking them up, anyone I dealt with was very professional and genuinely helpful. Hopefully, my phones will be okay for awhile and we won't be back soon. This is a great locally owned business that will get my money and recommendation every time!.
