10/10 would recommend! My MacBook went black one day out of the blue. I took my computer to a, store front, tech repair shop. They had it for months, and told me there was no hope in recovering any of my memory/data. As a last effort, I brought it here. Jay, was so professional and pleasant. I am using ASUS UX430UA. My touchpad was not working all of sudden and I tried reinstalling the drivers but no help. APPLE CERTIFIED REPAIRS. Jay was amazing, he answered my call the first time I called, and I was able to drop off my computer the same day. He ordered the new battery that I needed for my MacBook Pro and was able to replace the battery by the end of the day. I was quoted $450 from an apple certified repair place that I trust and have used several times however they were not able to replace the battery without replacing the entire back casing which took the price from $180 (which I paid Jay @ Oshawa Mac Repairs) to the $450 they wanted to charge me. The battery has been replaced and is working as expected now. Thanks so much Jay!
