Great service. I am 12 I have had my I pad screen replaced 3 times. Always gives me a great deal as he knows I will be back.

My daughter Was in town and broke the screen to her 4 month old Galaxy S7. They said they could fix it that afternoon. At the end of the day, it was not ready as they had destroyed the Battery removing it and they did not have another in stock so she had to wait two days for it to come in. (The day she was leaving town). The battery did not show up in time so they offered to ship it to her. She got the phone 5 days after that and it would no longer charge. They said it was her cord. (It was not). She shipped it back to me (at her cost) and I took it back in. It was not her cord, the motherboard in the phone had been damaged. FINALLY they agreed it was their fault and ordered her a new phone which I had to pay shipping on again. Long story short, after MANY calls and visits, ONE MONTH later she got her phone replaced. (along with an additional shipping cost of $60.) Although she eventually ended up with a new phone I would consider the service anything but satisfactory. The young lad I dealt with a couple times was very polite and helpful through all this but his boss was very condescending through the whole process and out-and-out lied to me 3 times. I will NEVER be back!!!

Got my screen fixed and was charged 300 , got my phone home and realized my sim card was taken out called and said I'd come back to get it, got there and the store was closed 2 hours earlier then it was supoosed to be and now I've called about 10 times and still no answer.. I'm a little creeped out and confused at this point

Bought a refurbished iPad here and the store clerk was very nice, but once I Used it, it was completely broken..... The store clerk told me that all it needed was charging , and that iPads take a long time to charge since this was my first Apple product He politely Gave me a new charger And I went on my merry way home...... Broken again! Instead of just looking at the iPad when I said to him it was broken I had to take it all the way back to Richmond Hill and get the whole unit fixed which cost me almost $400 basically paid $700 for a used iPad I am from Richmond Hill and I don't trust fixing it anywhere else except the place close to Where I used to live I won't be returning to this store anytime soon

Stay away from this hack shop. I needed a screen replaced on my iPad. After they replaced my screen for the second time (after the first one they put on came off within hours of having it at home) I was informed by a reputable shop in Orillia that my iPad had been damaged by the removal of the screen by these jokers. A simple "fix" turned into me having to buy a new one. IFix is a joke of a company and should be shunned by those who care about their electronics!!!!!

Great Service. I have an older iPad and they had the screen in stock where other stores said they couldn't fix my screen because they couldn't order the parts, so happy to have my screen fixed and at an affordable price. Will use iFixIt again in the future

I brought my iPhone to have the screen replaced as I was visiting in the area and saw good reviews on here. The screen was replaced quickly for 100.00. they were pleasant and quick. When I arrived and paid he then told me the new screen would not be water resistant. The quality of the repair and equipment used was very poor. As the week progressed from getting it done my screen become unresponsive in one corner. Not being back in Orillia I was unable to go back in. A month went by and the screen started to flash off and on repeatedly until it went completely black one day. I ended up having to take it into an Apple store to get it replaced again, 220 dollars. When I did, the Apple store was able to show me how poor the equipment was. When you look at the screen you can see the stripes of cell blocks running across the screen. This repair was completely useless and not well done. Very disappointment and would encourage others to save their money and go somewhere else.

to whom this may concern...i had an issue with my galaxy s7 edge...Rocky quickly diagnosed the issue being with the software, while i waited he proceeded (( asked me first for consent...)) to reinstalled a new software and sure enough unit is working fine now...koodos to Rocky and his expertise...while there i noticed Rocky promptly help 3 customers while they waited...awesome customer service, and needless to say his rate is very generous...i heard all 3 other customers mention..."" are u sure"" while they were paying....i strongly recommend Rocky"s expertise.

Amazing, dropped my s9 yesterday, they ordered the part yesterday and boom phone was done and ready for pick up.. Amazing I couldn't believe it best service by far never would of expected such a fast turn around, I would never use anywhere else for my phone repairs this is my number one shop and anyone that needs phone repairs this would be your best place to go. After having HANDS DOWN, the worst day of my life, IFix Mobile in Orillia LITERALLY turned my day around. My friends referred me to this establishment. Not only are the staff extremely knowledgeable, they are kind and HONEST. A lot of “screen fixing” stores get a bad rap for being shady. This is not one of those stores. The man who dealt with me today not only recommended what to do in my particular circumstance, but fixed my phone to PERFECT condition in under 20 minutes (even though he was just about to close the store) ! I haven’t had a positive customer service experience like this in a long time. He was super easy to talk to, not the “sales” type trying to get you to purchase things you don’t need, and with 100% confidence told me that my phone was fixable. Rather than a guessing game. If every establishment I went to was this positive of an experience, I would never have any money haha. Will definitely forever recommend this establishment to my friends and family, and will definitely be back !! :) Thank you IFIX, you saved the day :) !

Said they would be open the following day and they were not. they wont answer phone or emails. still trying to get my property back VERY ANGRY with them

I brought my Google Pixel 2 in due to the charging port no longer connecting properly. The technician told me to replace it would be over $200 because you literally have to take the phone apart which is exactly what I read online. They could of easily told me that's what I had to do in order to fix my phone but instead he spent 10 minutes cleaning out the port and eventually it reconnected with no issues. I was blown away by his customer service and he didn't want anything for his time. I will not hesistate to recommend iFix Mobile to anyone and I will definitely go back. Thank you so much

The screen on my phone broke in thousand pieces. I could barely use it. I called a few phone repair stores but the only one I found to have reasonable price was IFIX mobile Orilia. The owner is friendly , professional and helpful. The technician was fast and knowledgeable . In a few minutes my phone was fixed . I am very thankful I got it fix there. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone that need their phone fix. Thanks again!!!!

I crushed my brand new Zenphone Q5 in my tailgate by accident and Rocky said he would charge me $60.00 labour to fix it if I supplied the screen. I purchased the replacement screen off of eBay at a discount and he had it fixed in under 2 hours on a busy day! AMAZING!! It works perfectly and saved me spending another $400 on a replacement!

horrible, i went to get a new screen and they messed up my face id so that doesn't work anymore and the screen pops out every now and again and i have to put it back in and the top of my camera is blurry, i paid $175 for more problems then before and they said they cant do anything about it, very disappointed and will never go back.

ATTENTION!! Biggest waste of time and money. Not writing this to hurt reputation of this company however I hope nobody makes the mistake of getting a replacement screen from here. Quality is horrible. I never dropped my phone and had an otter box on and the screen shattered in my pocket with very light pressure. Now the screen isn't usable at all and just shows lines. Not a fluke as this is my second screen from this company in less than 2 weeks and same story on both. Also warrant doesn't cover cracks so I wasted enough money I could have gone to apple and at least then I'd still have a phone that works. I just hope nobody else gets screwed like I did.
