Attempted to have them do work on Xplornet LTE after a work order was submitted to them. They advised me they sent the work order back as they did not have equipment or training to repoint tower even though Xplornet says they are LTE certified.

Great experience! If experienced and knowledgeable people are important this is the.place you should go. So much better than a big box store or buying of the internet. You ask questions and get a sensible answer and not a salesperson talking too fast and pushing too hard.
