I am so happy with these amazing people at Tech City Centre, I can't even tell you. I took my laptop to another store first who had it forever & couldn't figure out the problem, then I took it to TCC & they not only figured it out and fixed it for me, but kept me in the loop throughout the process & then gave me a fair price. I will never take my laptops into anyone else ever again except to Tech City Centre. I finally have the best people who should wear capes to work being the tech super heroes they are!

What a GEM! My wife has an Iphone XR and regrettably the ear piece speaker failed. I reached out to Tech City via FB and even after hours I got a reply. What amazing service. Lessons learned is that Apple is still making life difficult by tying the ear piece to the facial ID. THANK YOU for the amazing service!

I have an issue with my 2015 mac book pro. Tech City Centre has been extremely helpful and responsive with my issue. They offered transparency on the service job i would need and gave me advice that did not benefit them. They did a great job earning my trust and future business. i am assured that they would not gauge their customers to make a buck, rather identify an issue, resolve it - appropriately. Thank you for helping me and providing some guidance and suggestions. You've earned my loyalty and business for future IT issues. I highly recommend other people to do the same.

Felt very judge by the staff and after they put a fake iPhone screen on that always glitches out everyday, they ruined my phone, I went in there with a cracked iPhone and came out with one that barley turns on. If you want a fake iPhone screen, get scammed, or pay to have your phone destroyed this is the place!

So impressed by the people at this store!..couldnt have asked for a nicer bunch to deal with..i use my laptop for 99.9% of everything i do..power button broke..called another local person..promised they would get back to me..never did..dropped it off and it was ready the next day..they were able to fix it without ordering big dollar parts..beyond reasonable prices..you wont find a better store to deal with..oh and the other store did finally call back at more than double the price and they send it out for repairs..shop local and support good people!..You cant go wrong here...i will be bringing my electronics here from now on..Thanx sooo much!!

The staff at Tech City Centre are excellent and their service is fantastic. I recently had a hard drive failure and was not sure where to turn but thought I would give them a try. I'm *very* glad I did. Tim gave me a few options to choose from, took the time to call and update me on the progress, and now my computer is faster than ever. My Lenovo wouldn't turn on one morning, and after viewing videos on the topic and trying a couple of things myself, I decide to get expert help at Tech City. Within half an hour, it was up and running again. Cost - only $10! Fantastic service.

It's ok they haved my 3ds for 6 months or more and I still haven't gotten it back. The staff is nice but I have bean waiting 6or more months for them to change the Charing port

An absolutely fantastic experience! I had a swelling battery issue with my MacBook Pro, and was dreading having to go to Newmarket to have it fixed. It was awesome to find out that Tech City Center was able to do it, and save me a trip. I was most impressed by the responsibility they took to test the new battery before returning it to me. Great job! I definitely recommend them if you need a repair. Quick turn around and awesome service!!!
