I called these guys out of the blue. I needed a 20 year old AT 250W power supply for a computer that can't be upgraded. In less than an hour, they had gone through their back room, tested a bunch of power supplies and found two for me to choose from. They didn't say so but I suspect they even blew out the dust for me too, or else their back room is spotless! Either way, I consider it a win. My XP machine is back up and running and it only cost $45! Can't go wrong. I'll be back to PC Mechanix next time.

Something was wrong with my computer and so I called Shafi at PC Mechanix. Again, he is so knowledgeable and qualified that without hesitation, knew exactly what the problem was and instructed me what to do. I highly recommend PC Mechanix. Shafi and his team are the best. I called them after finding them through a Google search because I was near their store. They took a long time talking to me about my issue and then told me exactly what was needed to solve it. I went with their solution and it worked within 5 minutes. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. I have no connection whatsoever to Shafi or his company.

I would not recommend this place to anyone! STAY AWAY!!! The owner is very rude, lacks customer service and even hung up on me. I brought my laptop in a total of 3 times and the issue has not been fixed. I have called and left numerous messages and the owner has not returned my calls.

Dont by any pc peripherals from this place. I purchased a webcam and usb hub and both were broken out of the box. No refunds either. Ignore the sign on the wall that says you may refund for a limited time. Just go to canada computers on college street.
