I went to Palantir Computers to fix my PC computer that never had any memory on it. The staff are very friendly. My problem is that they didn't call me afrer 2 days of having my computer with an update of what was happening. On the third day they called and said my computer was ready for pick up. When I went over to the store they had deleted a security program I had paid for and put a new security program on. You should never delete a program off someones computer until speaking with the owner. I should have had regular updates on the statues of my computer and your findings. I will not be returning to Palantir Computers as I feel my trust has been broken.

The staff here are great. My 87-year old mother brought her iPhone 6 in because it was heating up dangerously high. The phone was only 14 months old. They not only checked to see if it was the battery needing replacing but unbeknownst to us they contacted Apple and arranged to have a new phone shipped to their place. They then transferred all my mother's details onto the new phone. They handed a brand new iPhone 6 to my mother and would not accept payment for their work. We were floored by their generosity and Apple for giving her a new phone.

Went to Palantir to have a video card installed in my computer. I was without my computer for a week before I checked to see if they had finished. It was at that point where I learned that my computer had sat the whole time with no emails or phone calls. They were supposed to call and ask if I wanted to go through with the upgrade once they figured out a good upgrade. Rob himself called me and asked what happened, to which I explained that my computer had been in the shop for a week, I need it for schooling and that I was not contacted at all to give the go ahead. Rob sincerely apologized, which I appreciated very much, and told me that he would order the part and that I could take my computer home until the part came in. He then emailed me personally and told me that the part was ready, and that it would need a new power supply as well, I was ok with this. Once my computer was in, I was pleased with the prompt completion of the install. Other than that, I give Palantir computers four stars because they made up for a weeks worth of waiting for something that could have been done in a day. Despite this, I still recommend Palantir, because we are all human, we make mistakes, but Rob was very respectful and helpful, and I appreciate that a lot.

Excellent service at the store. Travis was calm, patient and helpful in answering all my questions within hours of checking everything out. I only needed a new battery, not a new iPhone and options re: laptop were offered in a neutral, non-pressured or hurried way. Most appreciated. However, I also learned that, although Apple Support Services gave me an appointment time with sit-down assistance at this store, this is not a service actually offered by the store itself - this was an issue with Apple Support, not Palantir Computers. I would definitely go back to Palantir.

After being told by another Iphone repair person that my phone wasn't salvageable and wouldn't have any data left on it.. I called apple support which gave me the same result after 2.5 hours on the phone. They then recommended I get it sent away to them for around $500.00. I was then told about Palantir Computers. I booked appointment the next day and dropped off my phone with the expectations that it would still need sent away. Well within a couple of hours my phone was back in full working order with ALL of my stuff on it!!! I was charged $40. I cannot say enough about their obvious knowledge and skills. Thank you so much!! I would highly recommended this business to anyone! I never give reviews but this business needs to know how much I appreciated what they did!

Called and explained the problem I was having charging my iPhone 7. Told to drop by, no appointment needed. I brought my phone in and, unfortunately I don’t know his name, the gentleman that greeted me took my phone and was able to fix it within minutes.
