I took my Ps4 Pro into Chris at I.T. King because it sounded like a jet engine and overheated when I played certain games, he was very professional, had a nice clean shop, and had the best prices in Essex County, but most importantly he did the job right and in a timely manner. I highly recommend and will be going to see him for any of my technical issues in the future. Thanks Chris! Edit: Took another issue to Chris and was not dissapointed, he should be called I.T. Wizard because this guy can fix anything.

I've been wanting to game for awhile but didn't want to buy a ps5 when I have a ps4 with just a bad hdmi port. I was able to call I.T king at 12:15pm, drop my ps4 off at 12;30pm and it's currently 2:08pm and the repairs are done. The gentlemen working there was professional, informative and more. I highly recommend going to him for any repair services you need. 11/10

I never even got to use his service. I had two electronics issues, a crackly amp and a small device with a flakey power connector. He told me the micro USB power connector was not worth fixing, and he gave me instructions on how to clean the amp with contact cleaner to resolve the problem. He could have easily taken my money and time but instead wasted neither, giving me a way forward over the phone. Very professional and courteous. I will be calling him first with all my electronic repair needs.

Hi. My son had problems with his four month old Xbox series x game console. The fan wasn't turning on and it was overheating. I brought the unit to it PC king and the owner fixit it for free. No charge. I couldn't believe it. There was a big clump of dust which he cleared out. I was expecting to pay a lot and was pleasantly surprised

I found this guy on Kijiji two years back. He repaired my HDMI port along with the assurance that if he was unable to repair he wouldn't charge. He was successful & repaired my ps4.I was told from a bunch of ps4 repair places/people that it was impossible, to send it back to Sony. One person was unsuccessful. I referred a couple of my friends here and I kept the receipt he provided me with up till this day in my car and reminded me to give an honest review. ????

Found this place on Google maps. I had a problem with my Jeep key fob, the chip broke off the circuit board. He fixed it up for me and it’s good as new. Saved me a trip to the dealer! Definitely recommend to anyone! Great job and thanks!

Chris is the man! Very up front and honest guy. I brought him a lowrance fish finder that the manufacturer and several dealers said was unfixable and he fixed it in a day. His shop is clean and organized, he is very courteous and doesnt overhcarge. Good business and great service- go see him. I will use him again in the future for sure.
