I went to fix my laptop and got another issue after fixing and charging as if it’s fixed. The guy was so rude and didn’t know the customer service as well. Please be careful before you proceed to this place. I have a horrible experience.

This place deserves 0 star. Worst in town and unprofessional customer service. My iPhone 7 has a couple of minor cracks. They kept my phone for more than a week. And after i got it fixed for a ridiculous price of $250.00 my front camera stopped working which was fine before and the screen was flickering. When i went back to them they asked me for a receipt which they never gave me and tried to charge me $150.00 to fix it again. Definitely would never go back and would advise not to fix your devices from these amateur technicians & scammers.

AVOID this place!!! much better places like IREPAIR i would give then zero stars if possible i called ahead to make sure a specific charging cord was there for a asus tablet (Simple Right u got a cord instock?) cause its not the typical micro usb that tablets use gave her the model number an everything again ahead of time as this place is like 3 km away and my car is in the shop i get there for her to tell me they don't have it she somehow thought it was a laptop which is in no way possible!! but her compensation is she can order me one like seriously i would have done that in the first place again why i called ahead

Fantastic human beings who work here. Both the older gentleman and the younger folks are courteous, respectful and kind. I have had to drop by ABC on emergencies here and there and they've been able to help. Most recently, I had dropped by to pick a up a new charger. I mentioned an issue with my phone, and they were able to solve it very quickly. Had I ignored the problem I probably would've been out 800 dollars and a very expensive phone. SCAMMER ALERT!!! They fixed my iPhone with a broken screen, after spending $100 and having a FAKE otterbox on my phone you'd think they would fix their mistake. No, he tried to charge me another $75. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY GOING HERE. These people know nothing about customer service. I go in and ask about the quality of their screen repairs and if they use OEM screens. The guy assured me he does but after trying to ask some detailed questions, he tells me to take my phone to Apple and pay more. Clearly he was getting frustrated at my detailed questions cause he couldn't answer them, but this is no way to treat a customer. They will put used broken screens in your phone and in the matter of days or a week you will need a new one besides that they are highly racist along with everything. I am tired of businesses that behave in this manner and only work to make a buck. If you want any repairs or services done on your expensive hard earned money devices, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! 0 out of 5

They fixed my macbook on two separate occasions. The first time my macbook turned off in the middle of a software update and they were able to recover all of my files and fix my macbook completely. Went in to pick up a PWM case fan extension for my tower case. He didn't know what it was. These people are cordial enough but if they don't know how to connect a case fan to the mobo then they don't know much about computers in general. Better to find someone in town who knows what's inside. EDIT: I did ask for a 4 pin. I hate to tell you this, but there was no misunderstanding. He simply did not want to talk to me. When asked "Do you know the cable from the case fan to the motherboard?", he shook his head no. I left because it was ridiculous in a PC shop not to know anything about a case fan. There are other places in town as well as Newegg and PC Part Picker, without the markups. It's no problem for me, but your tech seems to have one. Have a good day all the same.

These guys have been around 18 years in computer business and most of all Mr. Mohamoud, the owner of the store, is very supportive and an intelectual personal. They clear explained me before fixing my computer with the clear cut idea of price, which had blue screen error. I dint loose any of my significant information on my older harddrive, which they saved and transfered onto the new harddrive. Coming to the price, its reasonable to others around, he charged me $140 for new harddrive which included OS plus Office. All the best ABC.

UPDATE: Feb 2021: Since my last review Iconic Tech has repaired my Iphone and another piece of audio equipment. Once again stellar service for which I am very appreciative. It is nice to have a company like this that is trustworthy and gets the job done! Thanks again Iconic Tech team!!! Previous Review: I have an expensive Sub Woofer that started making a humming sound when plugged in to the wall having a signal feed hooked up. I did not want to discard it as it is a well made speaker. The only repair service I could find would have been in Toronto. I searched electronics and came up Iconic Tech. When I called a very Professional and Very Customer Orientated person answered the phone and suggested I bring it in. When I arrived I met that person whose name is Cody. He was as friendly and kind in person as he was on the phone. He tool my device in and said that they would try to fix it even thought it is not an item they usually repair. The parts for the sub woofer took some time to get and Cody regularly called me with updates to let me know they are are working on it. They were able to fix it and for a very reasonable cost. It works just as good as new and I am very grateful to Cody and the Iconic Tech team. Please don't hesitate to use them for all your computer and electronic repair needs. They are honest and trustworthy! Thanks again Iconic Tech!

I just came there to make an enquiry about my APN settings, and the manager over there helped me solve that issue within few minutes. They did not charge for that, and I am very happy about it. As an international student, you can go over there for print or may be for some other services.

Never fix your iphone screen here, you get a fake screen and a flickering phone back. Would not recommend. After you fix your screen expect a motherboard issue same problem I and my friend had after they fix your screen
