I was pleasantly surprised at the fast and reliable service that Imran Hafeez offered us today by fixing our laptop. Same day house call. Pleasant, caring, knowledgeable, funny, and i can go on and on about his service. We were hearing noises, it was not rebooting and it was not even coming on, we thought that it had died and we would need to purchase a new one. Needless to say that when Imran left, our old computer ( which im currently typing on) has been revived like new. I am HAPPY to say it is BETTER THAN BEFORE. Faster, Cleaner, and No Noise!!!. i felt that i was upgraded to a brand new laptop. SMILES! I contacted Imran Hafeez @ Geek Square in order to resolve "Boot Mgr Missing" issue with my Windows 7 software. Imran's service was prompt and professional. After an interactive problem solving discussion and physical inspection of the hardware/software was conducted with Imran, a best fit solution for this issue was undertaken. The results were above expectations. An upgrade of the operating system, a new solid state drive, upgrade of existing software and most importantly NO loss of data. I would not hesitate to recommend Imran from the Geek Square. He offered to come during a blizzard but my IT issues weren't that urgent! He showed up the next morning on time, fixed my many computer issues including cleaning up 2 laptops so they were so much faster than before, connected my daughter's chrome book so she can print remotely, set up my printer, got my scanner working, transferred programs and files to my new computer....the list goes on and on! He was in and out in less than 3 hours, completed all items on my "IT Wish List" and has followed up with me 2x since he was here to make sure everything continues to be working fine. Our company is a small business company with 21 employees. One of our most important desktop computers was starting to make noise so we contacted Geek Square to diagnose the problem. As expected, Imran advised that the hard drive was about to fail (it has been 7 years) and needed to be replaced which, of course, required backups and re-installs, and testing. During installation of the new hard drive, Imran took the time to train a number of our employees on the use of our G Drive capabilities and features that we were not aware of that help us as we move forward. Adhering to COVID-19 protocols he does fantastic home service to our house in downtown West, and to others in North and East of Toronto. He's assisted with required hardware for video editing, webcam, rescuing a drive when a motherboard went. He is always available for a remote call about a virus, or a software glitch. If there is new hardware he will put it together, explaining as he goes. Can't recommend this knowledgeable, helpful person highly enough, having saved me time and taught me more about my system!
