My laptop stopped charging so I went looking for a new battery. Dave loaned me 2 batteries to test out, neither one would charge. Back to see them with laptop and charging cable. Cable was tested on the spot and was defective so they sold me one they had on hand. Excellent customer service!

Dave is a miracle worker!!! Well in my technologically challenge world it feels like a miracle to me. With being a yoga teacher and having to switch all my classes over to virtual live/streamed classes, having my webcam work is A MUST. Woke up this morning to start my 1st call and no video....grrr b/c it worked all this past week and even yesterday all day. After needing to cancel one class, and figure things out using my phone and laptop at the same time I decided to give Dave a call. In less than 5 minutes he solved the problem!!!!! Thank you so much Dave!!! I am sending positive energy your way during the social distancing time!!!

Interesting place but they just don't have fresh stock. The staff were completely unaware of CAT6 and CAT7 network cables, and what they did have was sorely overpriced. This was just my experience. It's a small store, so they no doubt have limited stock... but selling 6 foot CAT4 cables for $20... in 2018?

I have just recently moved to Perth and had ordered an ink cartridge from 2 different stores and order was cancelled. i was out of ink and even though I thought the store was closed I emailed and had a response almost straight away.
