It seems like this guy not a good Customer service type, and he's not willing to answer any question unless you're willing to buy from him or fix a computer at his store in other words he doesn't answer any question or help for free I don't recommend this place to anyone

I called ahead and when I got there, found it he had gone out. Was asked to just leave my laptop with him and write a note with my question.... Nope I want to CTP Computers around the corner and had a much better experience. It looks like he does his pace kit and component work in-house, which is to his credit, but again, I don't know for sure because I didn't get a chance to talk to him. Important note: stuff happens in life and it's a one man shop. If the owner replies to this comment with any reasonable explanation, such as a "family emergence came up" or anything outside of normal business, I will trust him and remove this review and rating. I want to be reasonable after all.
