I had my 2015 Macbook Pro Retina in for a battery replacement and Ron did an amazing job. I had some issues with some pesky screws that would not come out but he took care of that as well. If you have a PC and Macbook and don't want to risk taking it to just any old place, then Compumaster is your place to go. Thanks Ron!!!!

We recently moved from Georgetown to Erin which forced us to change from Cogeco to Rogers....Running a consulting business from a home office without internet and wifi we grind to a halt. I spent well over 3 hours changing our net work with the "help" of Rogers Technicians with no success. 15 minutes with Ron in his office and we are back up an running at full speed. Ron has been our Technical support for well over 5 years, he is always professional, able to solve all our issues, more than willing to take a call and just offer guidance when purchasing new equipment. When I got home it was so nice to turn on the computer and have it start up so quickly. He even cleaned my screen and keyboard for me! His services are also very reasonably priced. Due to an unfortunate accident, the screen for our 10 year old home laptop was permanently damaged. We found Compumaster online and after reading all of Ron's 5 star reviews, we decided to get his opinion as to whether repairing the laptop was possible, for a reasonable cost. Due to the age of our laptop, a replacement was no longer available however, Ron made a few suggestions to work around the problem. We took one of his suggestions and are very happy with the outcome. I was very pleased to see that Ron makes customer service a priority. I will have no hesitation in returning to Compumaster in the future, should the need ever arise again. I highly recommend this business.

I was not pleased with the service I received from the owner. I had dropped my computer off for about 4 days after not being able to turn it on, later being told by the owner that the CPU wasn't running, he walked me through his process and was confident with his diagnosis to which I paid 35$. I then went to Canada computers where I paid 45$ for another diagnosis, to which they told me it was a motherboard issue. I never contacted this store for a refund and won't be doing business here again.
