Very nice people. I came here to take a look at one laptop I was interested in and everyone in the shop, including the assistants and the technicians, were very helpful, kind and patient. Plenty of refurbished stuff at high quality and decent price. Highly recommended!

Bought 2 Macbook pros 15", $1000 for both. One was GPUpanic problems, sent in (should have taken the Ebay resolution, but decided to work with the company ) and was sent another that has the same problem, Now the other is having problems. Won't answer emails after the 30 day warranty is off. Wouldn't be to bad if the Macbook Pros were cheap but to loose a $1000.

Had an issue with my laptop battery swelling and fans getting loud/grinding. Bought my own replacement parts, but getting the motherboard out seemed a bit too tricky for me. Called CTS in the morning, and they said they could get it all installed for me within an hour, and the service was quick and easy. Very professional & polite, and contacted me immediately when the device was ready for pickup.

Sean is excellent at explaining what he needs to do and charges fair prices and I am always satisfied with results. Highly recommend coming for any computer problems and it looks like they sell computers, monitors, parts as well
