Highly recommended! When my hard drive collapsed a few days ago, Sam was introduced to me by my company's IT specialist. I was able to get my years of photos retrieved at a very reasonable fee with an exceptional customer service. Everyone had experience of damaged hard drive would understand how painful and shiver the feeling is. I appreciate that Sam is just around the corner and capable of squaring things out.

Went there to get my computer cleaned after spilling a smoothie all over it. Got it back a day later with residue still all over the keyboard and vent. Went to another place to get the keyboard replaced. This guy opened up my computer and found residue on the inside of my computer too. Went back for a refund and he argued with me for like an hour saying how he only cleans to make the computer work, not to make it look good. Basically, don't come here, they charge more than what you pay for and expect to get away with it. The second place, Tri-Star Computer, was great, the guy was super friendly and has very reasonable prices. Go there instead!

For me, it was a bad experience. He couldn't fix the issue and charged me $40 for his labor for fixing a jack for charging. It didn't even work. Also, he kept arguing by calling me and saying that I gave someone else my laptop for repairs before and that someone messed it up. To be true, this was the first time I gave for repairs. It was annoying as he kept arguing like 50 times and didn't even believe me. In the end, I went to another repair shop and they fixed for a way cheaper price.

I was looking for support to upgrade / fix my old Acer desktop. Along with a new laptop battery and speakers. Call Us Computer was 1 of 3 local businesses. When I called the 2 competitors their mailbox was full or there was NO answer. Upon the 1st ring Sam answered his business phone ! Within seconds of explaining my need for support he immediately provided the solution, cost [broken down] and offered to review the computer at NO COST. Imagine, a professional offering to review you problem at NO COST if he is not able to repair it. I immediately took him up on his offer. Within a day I rec'vd a call that the computer was fixed and performing as expected. Sam is very professional, experienced and provides an immediate response. I have returned twice to his business for support. I recommend Call Us Computer, 1473 Main Street West, Hamilton, On.

My laptop's fan unexpectedly stopped working last night. I went to Call Us Computer at 9 AM today (right when they open), and the person who I had spoken with (I think his name was Sam) was very professional. He charged me $30 for opening my fan, and cleaning it (there was a spring stuck inside). I called Tristar Computer and Ancaster Computer to get get a quote and they quoted me $40 and $65 respectively. I picked up my laptop an hour later and it was working smoothly. I will definitely be back here if something happens to my laptop.

Gave my computer for repairs and he damaged something which can't be fixed. It was simple problem . Never give him computer for repairs. I don't know about other stuff.
