We have been using BowesIT for several years now for IT technical support as well as sourcing of replacement laptop computers. Most recently, I needed to replace my own work laptop on short notice. Glen sourced a replacement device for me that 'checked all the boxes' and secured it at an excellent price. After it arrived we had to complete the set up and transfer of all data from my old hardware. This was done remotely, since our offices are located in GTA, not in the Niagara region. This remote support process that Jason performed was flawless - all required files were successfully transferred and my new device basically replicated everything I was used to from old laptop.
