I would never consider using Office 365 without Matt! I was using incompatible MS Office versions, Mac's Mail/Google Calendar/Dropbox across two Mac, PC and iPhone. It was just asking for a trouble. Fantastic customer service! Matthew has established an excellent business model. My laptop hard-drive failed at 9 pm and I had a grant deadline the next day by midnight. I called Matthew at 9 pm and he showed up at my house at 8 am the next day. He diagnosed the problem, installed a top of the line solid state drive and recovered all my data. It only took him 5 hours to do all of this work. He then delivered the laptop back to me, good as new, with all my software re-installed. He went above and beyond. I have never experienced customer service like this. He made my computer repair stress-free. Any other computer repair shop would have taken days to do this work, and definitely not on a weekend! I HIGHLY recommend Zarr Tech and will be going back for any future computer needs.

Amazing IT Service! I can't get over how responsive they are. I have dealt with a few of their team members and they know what they are doing!
