Two things: 1. They are literally "buying" reviews for a discount of $5. 2. Without listening to my problem and without asking questions the woman immediately took my phone, and while talking on the phone with someone else pretended to open my iPhone by only opening the screws which doesn't open the phone (it needs to be done with a heater and a pry tool). She immediately told me the "verdict" that the whole display needs to be changed. The actual problem was evidently with the cable that got disconnected and had to be put in place. This is obviously much harder than tricking customers for more money... My own verdict: if you don't know the problem you have and want professional advice - find another place. Be ready to be tricked for money here and don't expect adequate customer care.

I went there the lady was unable to fix my phone. She said I will lose my data if I get it fixed from them. I refused but out of courtesy I got a mobile case from her. She charged me 35$ for just opening my cell phone!!!! And 35$ fir the cell phone. It was ridiculous!!!! As I was forced to pay for an induced telephone. What a rip off and rude lady.

Excellent and professional customer service. Got the broken screen of my iPhone 7 Plus replaced at Tek Klinik in a matter of hours. Loveleen was extremely friendly, knowledgable and knew what he was doing. Hands down the best tech repair experience I've ever had. Brought my S10+ in for a screen replacement and was not only offered the best quoted price I could find in my area, but also excellent follow up service as well. The screen that they had originally replaced mine with had a small defect, wherein a black semi circle of what were effectively dead pixels lay on the lower half of the screen. This of course was no fault of their own and merely a rare occurrence, as the replacement screen was genuine OEM. Without any hassle they replaced it with a non faulty screen, and even dropped the phone off at my residence following a separate minor issue with the phone that was also resolved quite rapidly. Can't recommend this place enough, and will definitely be returning if I ever require repair service in the future.

Had the need for an iPhone repair and they fit me in quickly. I was very pleased with the diagnosis, repair process, and cost. I had searched out average repair costs and they were very competitive and since this was a local store I wanted to support them. I was very happy with the whole process and highly recommend them. They also sell new and used phones and cell plans so worth checking out even if a repair is not what you are in need of. Great team !

I had quite a difficult request to fix a connectivity phone on my iPhone 7 Plus. The phone was otherwise in great condition and so I reached out to Tek Klinik as I had seen the new store opened in a plaza near where I live. They were extremely helpful and kept me informed of the diagnostics they were running and the procedure to fix my phone. During this Covid-19 pandemic, they adhered to all the sanitation protocols that matter so much at this time. They fixed the problem with my phone which is now operating at 100% and offered me additional advice to prevent this from happening in the future. Of the two individuals I corresponded with, both were professional and extremely helpful. I’m so pleased with the service I received! Strongly recommend!!
