Went in 10:00am with one computer whose OC fried itself entirely and a laptop that had milk spilled on it and no longer functioned. Got a call at 5:30pm that both were now functional again. Even kept the store open a little late so I could come pick them up! And the price can't be beat. Definitely give these guys a go.

Can't say enough about how awesome David is. Super helpful, very professional, speedy service. There is something quite refreshing about his straightforwardness. He diagnosed my laptop problem, provided a couple of options on how to fix it, and now it is working perfectly. Paid way less than I though I was going to pay (about a third of what Canada Computers quoted me). This was my first experience with him and I will never go anywhere else.

Hands down the only place I would take my laptop. Have been going here since 2003? when my teenagers had laptops at home. As a single mom I really valued the speed and affordability of Brian's excellent service. My kids go there now when necessary. I highly recommend this store for all your computer issues and needs.

The best repair and used computer sales shop in Ontario, hands down. He's quite busy and you may think he's not listening to you when you're explaining thing but he does. He's attentive and always on time. 5 stars all the way.

absolutely nice guy! but he did not know how to put a PC together and I was super disappointed in how he put my 1000 graphic card together, there was so much videos online of it going in perfectly. The only issue i have with computer places is they never accept when they are wrong and I didn't want to fight about it. I wouldn't suggest getting your PC built here especially if it's an upper tier model but everything else it will be great. right now there is some fuzz thing holding my pc together and I'm not quite sure if he put thermal paste on my Noctua. I think next time i make a build i'll learn to do it myself.

Staff here are AWESOME!!! I have been coming here since I moved to Oakville 10+ years' ago. For desktop and laptop computer repairs they are THE BEST around. Once, I made the mistake of going across the road to Techville for one repair and they totally screwed up my PC. DO NOT go to Techville for desktop/laptop repairs - staff there don't listen and don't know what they're doing. PC Shop Computers know their stuff and fix issues asap. You will not be disappointed.

It will be quick and reasonably priced. I really liked the 1 page sheet on the front counter listing the new desktop computers they build. Before I forget.. Parts.. I needed extra RAM for an older computer and wanted used Ram not new. They had it at an amazing price.

These guys are the best!! Apple Store offers my tearful daughter a Scotties tissue and tells her that her computer would cost over $2,000 to fix failure due to coffee spill. Cheng at PC Shop Computers looked at it and said less than 50% chance they can fix it .....but will try. If unsuccessful it will be no charge and it will take 10-14 days. In less than a week they had it fixed for their quoted $280? I love these guys. My third time using them and the always have a solution at reasonable cost. There is a reason that everyone rates them 5 star....if I could give them 10 stars I would!

They were able to repair my laptop for 100$ less than anywhere else. They also did it in a day instead of 4 weeks like other places were quoting. He actually checked to see that the charging port needed to be replaced not just the charger. I would highly recommend, better than the bigger shops and he is able to get it done very quick.

This place is incredible. My computer had an issue where it wouldn't turn on and was completely dead. I was starting to worry and felt like my PC was at the point of no return. Took it to Dave's shop just in case there was a chance of fixing it (I didn't think there was). He told me he'd give me a call to update me on the computer. I expected this call in about a few days to week, but what do you know? He called me back on the same day! And on top of that he fixed the problem! And only charged me 40 dollars!! PC ran like a charm afterwards and 10/10 I'd go back there any day of the week if my computer ever ran into a hitch again. Highly recommend this place for all your computer needs. I've been to techville across the street before but it is VERY overpriced in comparison. Dave is the man to go to! Thanks Dave!

Dave was extremely fast and helpful and we paid a very reasonable price of $65 to replace the fan of my HP laptop. When we came in for a diagnosis of what was wrong, he said he would try to clean the fan but if it didn't work, he wouldn't charge us anything. The cleaning did not work so he said he will try to find the part online to replace the fan and only charge us for the work of replacement and the part. The part was around $35, so we were only charged $30 for labour, and only the labour that produced results! It only took him one day to replace the fan.

You will find the people that work here to be helpful, hard working, and honest. They build desktop computers on-site. You can select from the one page sheet/menu of standard builds they have on the 1 page handouts on the front counter. Everything from a new inexpensive PC for email and internet up to higher powered machines for more demanding applications, zoom calls and remote work/study. Of course if you have something special in mind I am sure they can build it for you. One thing you cannot miss once you walk inside is the amazing collection of off-lease used laptops and desktop computers. Just about any need can be satisfied from their inventory, if you are open to used gear at a FRACTION of the cost of new.

by far the greatest guys in any business i have ever dealt with. often we walk into a business having to know much of the problems the customer service reps fix or to put it simply, we'll get ripped off. these guys are patient, knowledgeable and although i too am a bit of a techie, i walk out knowing more.that is from the guys dave and cheung and one other gentle man who's name evades me but it is also because customers in the shop are so comfortable they hang there and talk tech! it's a great place to get your pc fixed or purchase, very, very fair on their pricing and explain the problem you encountered patiently and in layman's terms. i've sent friends from as far away as toronto and west to hamilton to visit these men!!

I had heard good things about the service and quality at PC Shop Computers and am glad to report that they are ALL TRUE. David is professional, knowledgeable and super responsive. I visited the shop because my laptop was very slow. Had been since I purchased it, but the performance was no longer adequate for the new essentials like video calls. I typically was able to make a coffee and tidy up the kitchen while it started up. David diagnosed the issue immediately as a hard drive - he didn't even have to look under the hood - he had seen this type of problem with this type of laptop before. In less than a day, he called me with a quote for a hard drive replacement and offered me a few options for replacement hardware. Once we decided on next steps, my laptop was ready to go in less than a day. Hard drive replaced, the previous hard drive returned to me (not something you'd want simply thrown out!). When I fired up my computer, it was lightning fast. No issues with resetting passwords, all files on my desktop (or filed in the folders where they should be), all applications working. Can't thank you enough, David! I will be a loyal customer as long as you are in business.

FANTASTIC service!!! My wife accidentally managed to kick and knock over the pc when she was sitting on a chair with casters and she fell over. PC wouldn't reboot. Took it over to PC Shop Computers. Even though the shop was busy, I left my number and within an hour my PC was up and running...WOW! The charge? Very reasonable and a very happy customer...I was expecting the worst! As a senior, he even helped and put the pc into my car.

Can't say enough about this store. I was looking for a CPU fan for my PC and tried the 'well advertised' store across the road (Kerr Street). They sold me (since returned) a CPU fan for $20 that looked used and the AMPS did not match the fan I had taken with me (0.12A vs. 0.40A). Also tried the PC repair store on N. Service road (they could get me a fan the following day for $30). I called PC Shop Computers and they had a fan and heat sink in stock. I arrived and discovered the the fan/heat sink was basically for an up-scale machine and would require me to remove the motherboard to install. The owner suggested I could try another fan/heat sink he had in the "back shop" from another PC which he sold me for $5 which I installed - no problems. I will use this store in the future as the service is fantastic and they will not try to sell you parts you don't require.

I am so happy to be writing this review on my newly fixed Macbook!! My keyboard started having issues not to long ago. Dave very quickly provided his diagnosis for top case replacement as well as battery replacement. I had called a couple of places and who had provided 8-10 business day return, I need my laptop for work however and only have two days off a week. Dave told me he would order the parts for me and when I drop off my laptop I could come in the next day to pick up. He provided such unbelievably quick and friendly service, and at an extremely reasonable price and always kept me in the loop with what was going on. Never going anywhere else for my computer needs! My main laptop was water damaged and he got me up and running better than before. My main concern was not cost, but in the end, the fee was very low for what he did. Took my laptop in as I was having issues with Internet. Brian served me right away and was very knowlegeable, courteous and friendly. He did some resets for me and solved the problem but he gave me good advice on what to do going forward, plus he explained everything he was doing the whole time and made sure I understood. He spent at least 15 minutes working on my computer and when I asked him what I owed, I was very surprised when he said not to worry about it! There are not too many businesses where the owners are that honest and reputable and I will definitely go back there again in future with any computer issues. Hopefully he will accept some payment next time :) I would highly recommend PC Shop Computers to others....

This is by far the best place for computer repair that I have ever found. A small shop located in an easy-to-find plaza, the employees are polite, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and helpful. I've come here a few times, to have my laptop repaired, have files recovered after a crash, and to get replacement parts. Their prices are reasonable (and in most cases, lower than the other repair shops), and they treat you with respect even when you're someone like me who doesn't know the proper technical terms for things - today I called in to ask about a new "cord that plugs into the box thing for my laptop" and not only did they know what I wanted and had it in stock, but when I went to pick it up they said that if it was the wrong one, to come back and they'll help me exchange it for the right one. 10/10, A+++, PC Shop Computers is the BEST.
