This place is actually the UPS access point, UPS had leave me a notice of pickup location without specifying 380 dundas east or west, and which city. The store is very small and have very small sign saying this is UPS spot, it take me half an hour to find them. The google map said they open at 10, but store open at 11, and guess what staff come to work late too. It took me an hour to deal with them, just to pick up a parcel, very poor service for both UPS and NBH

amazing service, i had an ipad that was not working sent to apple they said its reparable , took it to nbhtech they repaired it and did not cost me much, very well trained staff they know what they are doing , great customer service, highly recommended, i hope not but in future if need repairs i will be going to nbhtech, i can trust them with my eyes closed

Craptastic products, but ethically-challenged service. When tested by owner, my returned product would not charge. Owner suggested longer charging and he was trying to take it apart when I left (due to his rudeness). Despite refund being rejected as per owner's unadvertised policy, credit card company has asked to intervene to settle the disputed charge.

First off, the first review is from the owner, so it is bogus. Second, this company doesn't stand by their work or deal honestly. I took my wife's iPhone in because the screen that they had replaced was dim and flickering. They told me it would be $75 to replace it because it had been longer than the 15-day warranty (it had been 2.5 months). I asked if it was possible that it was just an installation / connection problem that could be corrected without replacing. He told me it was possible, and he would need 15 minutes to check. No warning that checking could make it worse. We agreed he would check and fix if possible but if the screen was bad, he would not replace it, just give it back as is. When I picked up the phone, the screen was black and entirely non-functional. He explained that during the diagnosis, the connector fully detached from the screen, meaning my annoyingly dim phone was now 100% useless because of the work he performed. Bad luck for me. He offered nothing beyond a demand for me to buy a new screen. So, after paying these guys to replace 4 screens (almost $500) over the years, and tolerating the questionable quality because of the convenience, I was told that the phone that was working (poorly) when I left it in his care was now not working at all and would cost me $75 for him to fix. If you expect quality, don't go here. If you are happy getting cheap quality and poor service for an admittedly low price and fast service, then go for it.

Don't buy anything! Sell u wrong and poor quality stuff and don't accept returns even when the store policy says returns acceptable
