I recently had my iMac repaired at LY Tech and I could not be more pleased! I was originally under the impression that my iMac was not worth saving due to it's age, but I received such a great rate that I was able to keep my Mac chugging along. The service was also superb as the resident tech expert constantly kept me updated on the progress of the repair and was quick to diagnose the initial issue. I can not recommend them enough.

Computer was brutally slow. The RAM on my computer cannot be upgraded. LY Tech recommended I change the type of hard drive as an alternative. What a difference, it’s like a new computer. Repair was completed earlier than estimated at a reasonable price. Friendly staff and quick response to my online questions. Thank you.
