I have been a long-time customer of Digital Fire for almost 7 years. I chose them specifically because I wanted to support a local Oakville business and not have to deal with a company located miles away. While support was more than adequate the first few years, it has deteriorated significantly in the past 3 years. it appears that the company is more focused on getting new clients as opposed to retaining the ones it already has. Calls and emails to their support team for help would go unanswered. To make matters worse, when management was made aware of these issues and service gaps, they would make excuses for them and even blame the customer for them. In my opinion this is a business that needs to take a step back and develop better systems and policies that are better focused on keeping the customers they already have. I have decided to move my business elsewhere as a result.
