Experience with Jawad was pleasant at first, he explained how the iPhone12 Pro's back screen would be fixed and he gave us the time it would take to do it, and explained it would be a 3rd party as it's a complicated operation. Good thing is Jawad match priced another store, and the phone was fixed a day earlier, 3 stars for that. However it wasn't all rosy, the 3rd party they used did a good job of affixing the back glass without any glue showing, however they also aggressively and deeply scuffed the 3 camera metal rings, while no actual damage to the cameras or lenses occurred, the nice blue color was partially removed from the surrounds as shown in this photo. Upon presenting this issue to Jawad to see if he would own up to it or provide amends in terms of refunding part of the cost, he did try and call the 3rd party, but didn't offer an apology and shrugged it to we can do nothing about it unfortunately since the 3rd party is denying it. I wish I had a photo of the phone prior to prove that the scuffs were done while it was in their possession, but I don't. Overall knocked off 2 stars from what could've been a 5 star experience had I gotten an apology as the scuffs don't really matter to me, they will knock off ~$50-100 from the resale price though. Overall Jawad was curteous throughout and I do recommend that if you're going to give them your phone for service to try out the cameras, take a photo of it from all sides while you're there so there is no mistaking who did what.

My phone had water damage and stopped working. I walked in to the store and ahmed was super friendly and helpful. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue and had my.phone working again within a few hours. He only charged $30 for the diagnostics-didnt charge to fix it as he said he just used a solution to clean up the water, whereas the place I had brought it to oriignally was quoting $240 as it was most likely screen damage. This will be my go to place from now!

I've been in contact with someone from Whatsapp that I got from their website. They gave me a quote to have my iPad's battery replaced. I asked if it's for any location, they said yes. So I brought it in to the Oakville location and they quoted me a different price. I showed them the conversation I had with the person on Whatsapp and they honoured the price that was originally quoted. Took 1 day to have my iPad fixed. It's been a week now with my battery replacement and I haven't had any issues with it yet. Good service, friendly, reasonable pricing, and they respond when they say they will. If I had any issues with my devices in the future, more likely I would come back to Cell2Fix and would refer others to come here. Thanks for the new battery, I can now watch Netflix freely without being connected to an outlet.

Very bad business practice. Over charging the customers and taking advantage of customers. Stay away from this business. Go to PC Shop Computers instead. Cell2fix quoted me $45 and PC Shop Computers fixed issue for $15.

Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Took my laptop battery to be fix. They had my laptop for 3 weeks with no communication. Called and was told it was in service and would be ready by Wed. No call. Waited till Sunday to be told oh yeah they cant even find a battery to replace it. Then said fine ill come pick it up tomorrow. Showed up and it was "in the lab" so i came back the next day and to no surprise it was still "in the lab." FINALLY i get my laptop back only to discover they have lost my charger. I had to go back AGAIN when they finally found it. No apology. I remained calm when I could have been furious. This is why you get 1 star.

June 15th my girlfriend brought her phone for a screen replacement. Less than 10 days later the phones LED is burned out! she brings it back in and Ahmed declares that the phone was sitting in the sun and is now damage and voids any warranty. I’ve had apples phones my entire life, hours in the sun has never ruined my phone. Refused to even look at the phone and offered 25% off my next screen replacement!! AVOID AT ALL COST!! SCAMMERS

Very disappointed experience, just for replacing a screen, 1st time replaced a screen but speaker did not work, then they said that I needed to reset factory settings... I did at home, the speaker still not worked, then I also found the new screen had big quality problems, I had to go back for change a qualified screen and speaker issue, then the guy admitted the screen would replace another good one, and speaker he would replace another good one, but he had to order, ask me to come tomorrow, then I went to there again, I waited there for one and half hour, get the screen done, but the speaker still didn't work, he asked me to come the day after tomorrow again, then he didn't show, another guy gave me the phone, speaker worked, but he asked me for additional charge of $60, it was totally unfair, the speaker worked well before replacing screen. Very bad experience!!!
