G and G's has gotten me out of a ton of jams, be it random screws needed that they had or being able to order in products that are specialty. Have yet to experience any issues and they respond fast to any request I make. G and G's is the only place I go for PC related stuff, you should too.

I've been dealing with G&G for a little over 8 years for our computer, phone, and networking needs . They are always willing to do what it takes to get things done and get it done correctly. It's a busy shop ... which means a lot of other people must agree with me. It's nice to have such a great computer shop locally.

*Rant* Took my computer in to G&G computer told them the hard drive was gone.$57.98 to look at it.....called 6 days later to tell me the hard drive was gone.????Never offered to fix it or say they could put a new one in just asked if I wanted them to send it away to Ontario to retreive any thing on it for an undisclosed cost or if i want them to discard it??I was under the impression they were a repair shop?Obviously wont go there again!Poor customer service ....disappointing.

A computer repair store that doesn't repair personal computers but only businesses now. It would be nice to have this posted on your website as I would have not wasted my time coming there. This place used to service everyone but I'm told have chosen to focus on business repairs only now and wouldn't take my laptop. Sad since they used to be a go-to.

I had a rather unpleasant experience when dealing with G&G computers. I run a business here in Truro and our business computer broke down. I gave them a call and they explained I could have someone come onsite and he should be able to fix the issue. The guy could not fix the issue so he had to bring the computer back to the shop and charged me $115. A few days later they called and said they would have to do a system reboot but could save our business files and would put them back on our computer. I gave them a go ahead and patiently waited. Roughly 5 days later they came back with the desktop computer with another bill over $100. When I turned the computer on and went to our files none of our files that they said they would keep were there, the computer was wiped clean. So I gave them a call and the guy said " oh I thought I got everything, that's too bad"... The files were important to our business and a "that's too bad"" was the best he could say. No offer of a discount on an already overpriced service or to see if they could get them back. I will not be going back to this business and I would second guess before you did yourselves! Staples offers the same service for 59.95 + tax!
