I've dealt with Computer Connection for many years and never had anything but excellent service . I find them very helpful and knowledgeable about anything involving computers and accessories including the Internet. I see in one of these reviews someone complaining about getting a card in the mail,I get cards in the mail from different companies all the time

Virus renewal notice is a piece of flimsy paper with a stamp on it which does not confirm to Canada Post regulations for letter mail as it cannot be machined processed. When explained to the employee at Computer Connections she was rude & was not interested in my comments. Their notice was torn & not legible. I will not conduct any more business with this firm as they are not interested in their customers assessment.

Computer Connection was fantastic! I completely ruined my laptop yet they were able to negotiate with the manufacturer to get it fixed. They were reasonably priced and incredibly helpful. The staff here really know their stuff and really care about their clients best interests. I would highly recommend them.
