Overall good experience with the laptop I needed fixed.. I thought the issue was the harddrive but when I took it in he quickly diagnosed it as the laptop screen. He ordered a new laptop screen and fixed it as soon as the part came in (1 day turnaround) and was reasonably priced. Not as reliable however on an ipad I needed a repair on. Had a screen to be fixed and he couldn't figure out the issue. He finally gave me a really old one as a replacement while I waited for mine to be fixed and he never called me back (even after I had called him a few times). Anyway I had to buy a new one and threw out the one he gave me.

Very friendly and helpful neighbourhood computer shop. It is nice to see the big box stores haven't eaten everyone up. Had some laptops repaired with a quick turn around with very reasonable prices.

This store is also called Mobileware and they sell and repair computers and cell phones. It is located in the Wilson / Dufferin / Yorkdale area. The owner repaired my iphone and laptop and I also purchased a used laptop from him which was great for traveling. The same day service was excellent and the prices are great - very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Kathryn.
