Laptop stopped working, so I used Kian's services. It turned out to be Hard Drive fatal malfunction. Kian analyzed situation, provided me with exact explanation of the problem with all details and even recovered 2 GB of data! And then he offered other Hard Drive with Windows 10 just for 289 CAD, inculding the installation of both by himself. Competent, professional, reliable Kian is right guy, who you can trust laptop to repair. Especially If you live in North York and look for not expensive prices.

Made things real easy for this guy. Overcharged for a simple fix..we agreed on a price before repairs, he then upped the price after repairs claiming there's "tax". Gave 0 proof that he did anything, would not tell me what was wrong all he said was "its motherboard issue".. But wouldn't tell me what the problem was.. Was it a resistor? Cap? Simple ground? POWER BUTTON? which is not working smooth anymore. Not going back to this clown. Kick rocks...

Kian was really helpful and very professional. I am a student and my laptop had shutdown 2 days before one of my tests. I had taken it in later that day, he had diagnosed it for me by the end of the day(It was a logic board issue). By morning the next day, I had given him my answer to move forward with the repair. He was able to get my laptop up and running within 12 hours! He was very understanding of my circumstances and made it possible for me to be able to practice/study for my test tomorrow!

For the benefit of all the readers, Kian will meet you downstairs in his building, take a look at your laptop and straightaway tell you, it's a motherboard issue and will be CAD 100 for him to look any further. If he is able to fix, it will be upwards of CAD 200 (CAD 100 will be adjusted on this). If not, you will anyways be out of your CAD 100. On the contrary, I got my laptop fixed from a place very close to Kian's. The guy told me CAD 180 if he is able to fix and no charge if not able to fix. I have my laptop working now with 3 months of warranty.

This guy over charged me so much. He doesn’t even have invoice to provide all the information what he replace or repair. This is not the office or shop and he just do it in his apartment. I paid $1400 for replacing CPU, motherboard and cooler. I do not care how much money I spend if someone offer me decent service and provide enough information for the service. I was busy and lazy to argue with this guy at that time, so I just decided to pay and go. I searched how much money he spend to buy my parts after a month later and it was max $800 in total. Basically, he charged me almost $600 for assembling and installing a window 10. Also, the computer stooped working after a month, so I tried to contact with him, but some reasons he did not answer my phone call. I spend another $125 to repair my computer with the other repair shop. Just avoid this guy. -Update- After two month later he called and yelled at me so many times about this review. He even told me I am from China that is why I do not understand. He is such a racist. I am not the Chinese by the way. This is my right to write a review and his action was very serious violation of harassment. I will report this guy and company to goole. -Update- Intel I7-8700 $479 Asrock z370 pro $169 Cpu cooler $75 Total: $723+tax If I purchased each parts by myself with just regular price(not special), it would cost around that price.

I would 100% recommend Kian to anyone who is looking to get their laptop or any computer fixed! He repaired my dead MacBook Pro laptop which is APPLE wasn't able to recognize the problem and offer me to replace the Logicboard, which would cost over $1250 plus taxes. When I found Kian Computer and I called him, he responded right away. He took my laptop and less than 4 hours, he gave me a very reasonable quote and when I authorized, he repaired it within one day.
