These folks are the master blasters of iPhone. They salvaged my iPhone X when a brute force smashed my screen into pieces and the frigid weather of -20 C literally froze my phone into a mini ice block. I initially took it to an Apple Store, and an apathetic tech suggested me to buy a new one. Dismayed, I took the broken phone to Accurate Tech and voilà! I took my MacBook Pro to this place for a software update from HighSierra to Catalina. They told me they'll call me when it's done and they didn't until I called them as their closing time approached. After I rushed there, I found out my Mac now doesn't even start or boot so I asked them what happened? They started throwing the ball on each other regarding who had worked on my mac. Because I was desperate as I had assignment deadlines, I insisted on fixing my problem. After he opened my Macbook he came out and told me the SSD was defect and he had replaced it. When he showed my the "defected" SSD, it had a huge SAMSUNG written over it. I was skeptical and he installed Mac Catalina and had to format my entire laptop. After it was done he told me it was $300 dollars as he had "replaced" my SSD to get the Mac OS to work. I have been using the laptop for 7 years and it is in mint condition. They don't deserve to be authentic apple service centers. They should focus on solving hardware issues. Very disappointing. They saw an opportunity and took advantage of it and overcharged me. He threatened to open my laptop and remove the 'new' SSD when I hesitated to pay. SCUMS and SCAMMERS. I don't usually write reviews but I went out of my way to write this. CALL APPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WILL HELP YOU FREE OF CHARGE!

Horrible customer service staff is very rude, I called and they wouldn't let me ask any questions. They said they charge 50 dollars for diagnostic tests just to tell you it's not working, thanks I couldn't figure that part on my own! (Sarcasm) When I asked if they COULD NOT fix my problem with my computer would I still have to pay the 50 bucks? Not only did said YES they said and I quote "IF YOU DONT LIKE IT GO ELSEWHERE"!!!! Not only did the lose a potential customer but they made me go out of my way to write this!!

Their turnaround time was better than anyone else. They knew I needed my laptop asap so they did their best to have it done as quick as possible. I highly recommend them for your Apple tech needs!

There is a big screen TV to watch while you wait or you can actually see what he is doing with your computer behind the counter if you're interested. Wish I had been going here for years.

loser LIAR untrustworthy SCUM this guy put a regular desktop hard drive in my iMac but told me he was going to replace the old hard drive with a Mac hard drive Charged me over $200 the hard drive died in a year When I confronted him about the scam he pulled out on me he was unprofessional and didn't take responsibility It was a big mistake I only went there for the proximity.

I took my MacBook Air to the shop because it wouldn't boot up. After a day of diagnostics, they told me the hard drive had failed and I would have to pay $300+ to replace the SSD drive. It didn't sound right to me, so I took it to the Apple store. They ran a diagnostic and said the drive was just fine and reinstalled Mac OS. Everything is working fine now. I had paid $50 for poor advice, almost paid another $300 to replace a part I didn't need to. I do not recommend this shop.

STAY AWAY!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! STAY AWAY!!! I Brough my iMac to replace the hard drive, they called me 20 minutes after I left and said ''We broke the screen, didn't even apply much force, What would you like us to do'' ?! the simple answer is - You broke it, You fix it! Not with this place, they insisted not to take any responsibility. Worst experience ever, poor poor customer service and zero technical skills. Save yourself the trouble and keep away from this place

DO NOT BRING YOUR LAPTOP/PHONE HERE. These people are very SHADY and RUDE. I brought my MacBook for a keyboard repair that was 400. As soon as I got my laptop back from the shop my computer wouldn't start and would always shut off randomly which I never had happen ever. I went back and they told me the SSD drive failed and that I had to pay 150 to replace the SSD drive even when the problem started when they gave it back after a repair. They gave me attitude and told me to" go somewhere else if you don't like it here" They also dented my Mac. Go to apple or somewhere else for a repair!!! PS. many laptop reviews here have said that these people told them their SSD drive broke/needed to be replaced. I spoke to an actual tech and they said that it is extremely rare for an SSD drive to just "fail". These people are just tryna finesse an extra 150 from you.

Please avoid using their services I had bought a 2011 MacBook Air a month ago and now my battery is completely drained the computer dies within 20 minutes I went back to show them the problem and they were so disrespectful the customer service was terrible they told me that they would replace the battery but I would have to pay for it knowing that they gave me a bad battery

I booked an appointment ahead of time on apple.ca for a screen replacement for my iPhone under my Apple Care+. Accurate Technologies Ltd showed up on the list of preferred repair locations and I chose it immediately since it was close to work. When I walked in, the person at the front didn't even acknowledge me when the place was completely empty and I was ignored until another person from the back asked me what I came in for. I told them I had an appointment scheduled and they looked at me puzzled like they weren't aware of it even though it was all in the system. They then told me that screen replacement at this location will take 2-3 business days since it was the new "Apple Policy" effective the month I brought my phone in. I immediately sensed that what they said was completely made up but didn't bother to challenge them. On my way back to work I contacted apple tech support and asked them about the 2-3 business day iPhone screen replacement policy that was just put in effect and they couldn't find that information anywhere. The tech support on the phone put me on hold to ask one of his senior advisors and they both couldn't find any information related to what the people at Accurate Technologies Ltd claimed. Luckily apple tech support was kind enough to get me an appointment the following day at the genius bar at Yorkdale Mall (Takes only 30min - 1hr for screen replacement). I will never go to another 3rd party Apple certified repair place again. They can literally make up any story to refuse you service. I would've gotten the screen replacement at Accurate Technologies Ltd. if I wasn't going on vacation in 2 days and with my apple care+ about to expire. TLDR: Booked appointment for screen replacement. Lied to me about screen replacement taking 2-3 days as opposed to 30min - 1hr due to new "Apple Policy". I would avoid this place at all cost and from now on always bring my apple products to the apple store instead of a 3rd party repair place like Accurate Technologies. If they can straight up lie to you like this, imagine the kind of shady things they can do with your apple products.

Been into computers for a very long time, had some issues with my 2011 MacBook Logic board, the fine people at the Apple Store could only do so much. I only went here because I was working in the area, paid $50 for them to tell me they couldn't do a thing, you'd think as an "authorized Apple dealer" They would be able to provide some options on how to resolve the issue such has ordering a replacement board but to no avail. This business is perfect for any person who lives around the neighbourhood that earns a very high income, who can't figure out Google and lacks the skill of using a screw driver! Don't waste your time and money!!! Deal with the traffic and head down to WINMAC computers on Yonge Street. Those guys will do a free diagnostic and who actually able to repair my logic board.
