I highly recommend 24/7 computer Solutions. My computer had crashed from updating to windows 11, the technician came and collected it, fixed it and returned it the following day. He was very professional, he called me while he was doing some of the repairing to ask my permission to go into certain folders on my computer and even made some recommendations. My son ran into some technical issues when trying to put together a Windows PC out of components that he bought. John was very knowledgable and responsive, and even insisted on trying to troubleshoot the issue (for free!) over the phone so that we wouldn't need to bring the PC to him! I bricked my PC with no backups and no hope. John brought it back to life without losing any data even though he had never previously worked on the machine. He also made some recommendations on how to protect my data in the future and created a backup system to make sure I can recover my data myself next time.
