I went to this location having my son in mind for an Iphone that was stuck on the Apple symbol...I had the technician Nick take a shot at restoring the phone which I had tried many times myself at home. After about just 30 mins,voila! Problem fixed and had a great deal for fixing the older Iphone????

Excellent work and help from the staff. My airpods pro(left side) headphone started making a hissing noise in different modes. I took them in for inspection and repair. They replaced them for free! Very quick and responsive. It was a pleasure to use Simply Computing's services and I will be back if there are any complications with my apple products in the future.

I highly recommend Simply Computing. It is a family run business on Central Lonsdale. The young men are friendly, knowledgeable, patient and are generous with their time and advice. I have dropped into the store on several different occasions and have always been happy with the service.

Super helpful staff! Came on Saturday and they stayed right till closed to try and fix the difficult malware problem. Then told me to come on Monday and ask for Robert and he fixed the problem in no time!! Wonderful and easy experience, highly recommend this location!

Staff is extremely professional.Could not receive better service anywhere.One employee in particular spent 6 hours on the phone with Apple .Not only the phone calls but Apple could not assist and asked for a week to resolve the Apple ID problem continuously encountered.Investigation initiated by Apple.Simply computer gal set up a call back to my phone .I asked for further assistance and received more assistance.I kid you not this young lady with the great hair and fabulous personality from the West End stayed with the case.With staff such as this the Simply Computing Location on Lonsdale will surpass all locations in revenue stream.I am not the easiest customer to deal with so when I give high praise you may guarantee an equal or better experience at the North Shore location.Great deal on iphone 12 and 11.Prices all around very competitive.Repairs are available as well as assistance with online situations .As opposed to a virtual assistant its a live person .Oh how nice.

Jessica, who sold me the iPad was super helpful and very patient in helping me transfer all the data from my old computer, a task I couldn’t have done on my own. I appreciate how easy and seamless the whole experience was, thanks to her. I’m grateful for having this store on the North Shore, I’ll definitely go there again.

I took my computer into Simply Computing in North Vancouver because of problems with my monitor. Robert spent time with me and opened up the computer, while I waited. He cleaned the computer and replaced some missing screws. I appreciated his patience and excellent manners with customers. It is no longer a given, that the customer is treated in a kindly and friendly manner. Thank you Robert! I will return to this location for any future work on my apple computer.

She was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, both before my purchase and thereafter. I required data transfer from an old device to the new one.
