My iPhone is water damaged. I took it to at least 10 places in North Vancouver and Vancouver(best reviewed or Best 3). All gave me different prices without guarantee to fix and wanted to keep my phone at least for a day. I only cared about the data as I want to replace my phone. Omar retrieved all my data in an hour including all my photos and charged me half the price of others.

I attended the Mobilyf Centre at Lynn Valley recently with an almost dead iphone, there was humidity and it would not turn on. Since I use this phone for work and I was feeling pretty anxious. Adnan, took a look, told me what the problem was and fixed on the same day!! Pretty good considering the the apple store told me they would not fix it because my phone was too 'old'! I would not hesitate to recommend Adnan to anyone who has issue with their phones. Let the expert and professional Adnan take a look at it firs. DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give 0 stars I would. And I never take the time to write reviews but this is how frustrated I am!! I can’t believe this place has such good reviews!! That’s why I went there to fix my phone screen in the first place. He first put on a new screen and immediately the screen was pure yellow. The guy working said that’s normal but it was clearly not. After having to compare it to another iPhone he admitted it looked bad and said he could give me a better quality one but I would have to pay more? As long as it would be better that would be fine. He puts the other screen on and ITS WORSE. The brightness at its highest was 1/3 of a properly working iPhone with pure yellow. I couldn’t open my photos because my screen would just black out. He would not give me my money back and held my phone hostage until I paid. The worst service, horrible quality products. After going to apple and just getting his awful screen fully fixed it is NIGHT AND DAY in quality. Don’t EVER go to him for anything unless you want to be out $350 and have an awfully working screen. Hoping I can some someone else some money.

I had no previous problems with my I-phone. Worked fine the day before. Put it on the charger before going to bed. Next morning would not turn on. Took it to an Apple authorized repair shop. They opened it up and said there is NO water damage and that there is a problem with the board. They do not do this kind of repair and said it would cost $700 to get the data from my DEAD I-phone. It took it to Mobilyf. Talked to one employee and he told me it could be repaired. I wanted to see what Bell would do and they said nothing could be done as it was one month past the one year warranty plus the I-phone value is $0 . I went back to Mobilyf and spoke with Adnan. Very helpful! two days later they had repaired my I-phone XS for only $150. Very happy with this repair shop. I will tell all my friends to go there. Well done and thank you very much!!!

Scratched up the back of my Pixel 4 XL device when removing the back plate in order to do a front screen replacement. Additionally, the front camera no longer works for face unlocking as there is dust stuck between the camera lens and the glass replacement screen. The actual screen works well though. The installation was just sloppy and ended up ruining important functionality of my phone (face unlock).

Smashed my phone screen, called these folks and after I dropped it off they had it fixed in an hour and a half. They even had the replacement screen for my 5 year old phone! Slightly more expensive than taking it to my carrier, but so much faster.

I've used this location a number of times now and they've been fantastic. Yesterday I dropped by with a cracked screen, Adnan had it fixed in 20 minutes while I finished my run. A couple of months ago they helped my son open his Fitbit up to change the battery as he couldn't the teeny tiny screw out, no charge. Nice guys, super efficient and great quality.
