Above and beyond! He fixed the problem a previous repair company had made, explained the pros and cons of every option for all upgrades I could do and it felt like we were fixing all my computer problems one by one as a team! I wasn’t getting sold hard on things I didn’t need, and he thinks a wait and see approach is best for my specific situation. Great experience, don’t feel overwhelmed anymore, and finally can trust a computer person again :) best advice: “if a download promises your apple computer will run faster or better- it won’t, it can’t, and it’s malware”.

Used Colin at Mac Solution to set up my brand new Mac 10 years ago. It ran like a charm the whole time. When it did bog down last month due to lack of memory and a failing hardrive, Colin replaced hardrive and maxed out the ram which basically made it brand new for a fraction of the cost of a new computer.
