My laptop was becoming so slow that it was barely functioning so I called Acusel to see if they could help me. They have a mobile service and sent a technician to my house to determine the issue. They discovered that my laptop was loaded with malware so they took my laptop and within 2 days, brought it back. It was like a new computer! The technician was very knowledgeable and professional and I have already recommended them to others. I like that they are an established business on the north shore and because of the good things I heard, I trusted them to be the experts and let me know my best choices.

I had a problem with my power port on my Lenovo laptop that was just out of warranty. A technician from Acusel came, picked up the unit, fixed the problem and returned it back to me the same day. The convenience of not even having to leave my house was a big plus. I was very impressed with such prompt service and would highly recommend them.
