I was at the wireless wave in the North Gate Mall in North Bay today. What a experience I have never had anyone ever help me & treat me like Eric Sizer. He could not of helped me anymore then he did. He was the most awesome employee any company could have. I was so happy when I leaft there with his help & service. Have a problem or need a cell phone I highly recommend going here. Very poor support... Bought a phone outright... Defective... Tried bringing it back... Went 16 days after for help... But because the have a 15 day policy and I was 12 hours late.... During the holidays... I got an annoyed attitude and a too bad for you response lol.... My phone is still defective... And I m stuck with it lol... Honesty if your looking for a phone save yourself the headache and go to The Source or Future Shop lol

I recently lost my ID and only have a healthcard and was turned away by almost every cell phone company in the mall. Luckily I found Les who said "ID wasn't an issue". Got my new S20 with a unlimited data plan from Rogers. He said that if I know anyone else who doesn't have ID to send them his way because he knows a way around that. I will definitely be telling all my friends to go see him.
