It seems that every time I try placing an order it takes an hour to sometimes 8 hours of wait time. If I call and complain they get angry at me. If there were other smoke delivery services in North Bay, I think I'll go to them instead of Smoke and PCs. Miigwitch.

Today i called and ordered at 1:30 pm. I thought they might be busy so i waited a while to call. I called them back at 3:30 and there was no answer. I kept trying to call and it was busy or no one answered ar all. Another experience i had was when i called after waiting 2 hours they said that the delivery already came but i didnt answer my door. My door is in my living room and i was in my living room the whole time, so the delivery guy didnt even come and just lied. Honestly i dont even know how they are still in business.

They are awesome. What did you guys think about creating or doing something like texting and putting an order in for there smokes. As sometimes calling could be a challenge. Also make something's alittle less crazier. Just and idea. Food for the thought

Best place in town for smokes. If you drive. If you dont drive. Well they may take some time. I mean its 2019 if you can afford to smoke and not afford to drive I'd say your priorities are out of whack. Smoking isn't cheap anymore... jus sayin

Called numerous times but no one picked up the phone

I called today. After multiple times of the phone dropping a man answered and told me to stop calling, my number and address have been blacklisted. When I asked why, he told me that I had argued with a manager. I asked when and he told me a month ago. I said I had not and I would like to verify my number. They claimed the name attached to the number was Bouchard. I told the guy that is not possible. I am the only one who uses this number. The kicker is this alleged incident happened a month ago but they were just here two days ago and we even tipped the driver because he was so prompt. I've been a loyal customer for years so to be treated so rudely for no reason I'd very upsetting.

Terrible service, order smokes and wait all eff'n day for them to just not bother showing up or even a call to say hey, sorry but we're going to screw you over today. Of I could give no star I would as this was the 3rd time you've done this. Seems like it's a common theme for these clowns judging by the threads on here so I will just go to up the hill or DOT's from now on. Buh bye, good riddance.

There's no winning with this place, Every time i call i have to call a ridiculous amount of times before anyone picks up. 80% of the time you're stuck at your house waiting hours on end for them to show up (If they even do that is) Which actually brings me to my next point. I can't keep up with how many times they just haven't showed up, and on top of that they never call to let you know they wont be making it, they just don't come. I'm pretty sure they only have one driver as well, i dont live very far away from them, maybe a 10 minute drive if even that, but a couple times they'd even deny me delivery because their driver was too "busy". Like today, i called at NOON, and apparently they cant come today because their driver will be busy all day and they close around 5! Maybe it's time for another driver? It's be nice if they made an effort to do something different that's for damn sure. now recently a driver has been contacting me and harrassing and showing up places searching for me demanding me to come out o see him and other stuff

Horrible! I waited hours yesterday and had to call and they said they would be here in 20 minutes. I waited all day yesterday for smokes to come but they never did.

It's a hit and miss with this place. I have gone where I have waited all day for smokes arrive, to maybe and hour wait, and sometimes they dont show, but that's happened where I haven't sent EMT. I have learned that there are certain times they answer the phones and why. If they have many orders to fill they get through those first, and once caught up they start to answer again. Ordering from here tests your patience.

Worst place to order your smokes from. Got my order wrong twice in a row. Tried calling and no one answered. Very very poor service. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Lady who answered phone was friendly she said 1 hour to 1.5 hour wait. Delivery guy was 2 hours not bad for a guestimate. He didn't have exactly what I ordered but apologized and asked if other was okay. Great service and very convenient

This is the most unreliable buisness I have ever dealt with. They continually do not show up and just stop awnsering the phone while I sit and wait for them. Then the following day I will call and ask why they didnt show and they cant even bother to make an excuse. This happens AT LEAST 1 out of every 3 times I order. Unfortunately I an sitting here waiting right now after ordering 3 hours ago. They stopped awnsering their phone 90 min ago. Whats worse is the management couldn't care less...I dont know why they have soo much trouble delivering cigarettes, an 8 year old could figure it out. Then again, look who we are dealing with....
