They got my van in fairly fast and although it required a rebuild, I had my van back in a timely manner. I even had to recently go bac due to a broken seal which they fixed the same day at no cost as it was covered under warranty.

Thought I was dealing with honest people. Takes advantage of people and there lack of knowledge on automatic transmissions . Please research your transmission issues before going there and ask ALOT of questions before dealing with them . They will tell you they did things to your transmission to help you out when the things they say they did were outright lies and impossible to do without pulling out your transmission and tearing it down. You have been warned there are many reputable shops that will honestly service and repair your transmission shop around before going to Mr transmission!

I really hope anyone going here reads this review, I went for a simple trans leak and they charged over $400 for 2 o rings that would have taken me 5 minutes to replace and about $10 to buy plz read this and save your money and don't go here

Garbage service. Took my transmission pan down, did a transmission drain and refill. Oil was still black and the pan was leaking for awhile 120$ for f#$@ all - wasn't sealed properly. Want transmission problems - Visit Mister Transmission

Overall worst car experience I have had. They did fix the issue though but caused more issues. When they were done with my car I had to send my car into the dealer to get the steering alignment fixed, the proper transmission fluid, proper level of transmission fluid and new transmission filter. Which cost me an additional 499$ to the 800$ I already paid Mr transmission. Overall I could have taken it to the dealer and it would have cost almost half! The price with no issues. Unless you have had a personally bad experience with dealers I suggest going to the dealer. Don't bother sending them emails they don't reply.

Can’t speak for Sudbury location, but do not go to the one in North Bay. Went there to get something fixed and while it was stupidly pricey compared to other places, everything had seemed to go ok. Until we picked up the car. There is a very large dent with scratches that go down the passenger side door, covered up with red paint that does not match our car whatsoever. There are also dirty fingerprints all over things inside the car that shouldn’t have been touched (Ex: a ringbox which I had taken the rings out of). The scratch and dent was not there when we dropped the car off, but was there when we picked it up. Strange, wouldn’t you say? Mister Transmission didn’t seem to think so and refused to fix it.

Mr. Transmission eh? This place is the worst place I have ever been. My dog knows more about transmissions than they do. If you live in North Bay and drive by the shop, you will see the same vehicles outside. They are the vehicles Mr Transmission can't fix. I will never go back.

I called for an appointment and they tell me to call back on later date, so i call back 5 days later and they tell me they will look in to my car transmission and didn't even call me back. so i called back once more and they tell me there are no bulletins popping out for my type of transmission and still not given appointment. SO DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING MR TRANSMISSION NORTH BAY.""UPDATE"" for anyone reading my comment ,there are new owners at Mr.Transmission that read my comment and actually took the time to find my phone number and called me to help me out even thought i already had my car fixed else where.So in my opinion the new owners do care so i would definitely call Mr. Transmission (North Bay) thanks for the call Gary, wish my problems were a few weeks later.
