They've done it again! I have a huge level of trust in Denis and the team at Core Computers. They've resolved many issues for me over the years with a variety of devices, and more than once I've been surprised to learn it was covered by Apple Care. The one time I didn't listen to their advice on replacing my phone and pursued a screen replacement elsewhere, it was a disaster.. so I know now to just listen and do what is recommended at Core. If you can get it done cheaper elsewhere, guaranteed it's because someone out there is offering poor service. My latest repair to my Macbook screen was a huge success and it's working great. Thanks Core Computers!!

Had a positive experience with Core a year ago with my Mac so I didn't hesitate to take it back there again when I had another issue. They had my MacBook for almost two months and never called me with updates. I called multiple times a week towards the end of the two months to get updates and was always told that they would have to look into it and call me back. I was never once called back. I did appreciate them helping me get an exception from Apple to cover my repair, but as a student, having my laptop gone for over half my semester was incredibly inconvenient. I finally picked my laptop up today but as soon as I got home I discovered that the part they replaced had glitches and isn't working properly. I will have to go back tomorrow and hope it doesn't take another two months to fix this. Update: After taking my MacBook back in, the Core team was able to fix my broken part overnight under warranty. I sincerely appreciate the quick and dedicated service after having waited so long before.

Best place ever they’ve now fixed my phone twice and my laptop. Today my phone had mini egg or something stuck in the port so I couldn’t charge it. I had no idea what was wrong they fixed it in five minutes and now it charges again. I thought my phone was broken. So happy to have found this place.

Slow service, they held my laptop for a full week longer than they said the fix would take and damaged my trackpad while fixing the battery. At present they have a monopoly on North Bay official Apple sanctioned repairs and they are abusing that.

Was going to charge me $400 to get a file recovered...didn't fall for it. Went to the computer doctors, charged me $50 and recovered it perfectly without messing around with any other files. Don't fall for his over pricing!

All I can say is WOW! Core Computers not only offers high quality and authentic Apple repair, but the service was amazing. Upon arrival, I was greeted in a very friendly manner, he answered all my questions, and gave me the final price prior to replacement services. He went above and beyond helping me with not only my cracked iPhone screen, but also taught how to transfer photos from my laptop onto an external hard drive, in addition to advising me on how to proceed with my damaged Macbook screen. Moreover, he told me the time my phone screen would be fixed by, and abided by that which is always much appreciated. Excellent service overall, for both product repair and customer service. 10/10!!! THANK YOU!

I highly recommend Denis. He went out of his way and gave us excellent service and professional advice. My daughter is a university student, and was home for reading week and her computer crashed. It turned out it wasn’t feasible to repair. With almost 4 yrs of material on it. He was able to retrieved everything, and got her back on track! This happened during the COVID restrictions and over a long weekend. WHAT A LIFESAVER!!!
