City center collision fixed my wrx when it was damaged by a city plow. Only took a week to strip and repaint the front bumper and hood. They replaced the winshield and even replaced the strip of tint on the top. Amazing job and very professional. They went above and beyond expectations. I took my truck into City Centre in North Bay after being rear ended. It’s the only place I’ll let work on my vehicles. Chuck assessed it & the parts were ordered. I got my Appt when the parts came in. They had it for almost a week but they had set up my Rental so I was fine with that. Wow, when I picked it up it was perfect and not only clean on the outside but it looked like brand new inside. I hated to drive it. There’s nowhere else if you want perfection. I got into an accident on halloween last year they made getting my car appraised and looked over easy. My car was booked in december 4 and returned to me january 8 now this may seem like along time but there was an extensive amount of damage. They had a rental waiting when i dropped off my car and gave me updates every 2 to 3 days on the progress of my car they also cleaned it and gave it a nice shiny wax finish. The service was exceptional. After my accident I was asked which agency I wanted to Choose. Honestly I did not know. I Ask for recommendations and I was recommended city centre collision. They made the stressful situation such a breeze for me. They make sure my van was safe to drive until it could be repaired but they also made it look good so that the damage was barely noticeable Using some sort of a shrink wrap that was the same colour as my vehicle. The repair they did on the van is perfect. By the time I got my van I was so impressed with there service already but then was blown away when I realized they clean the inside and outside of my van and gave me a bottle of wine for As a customer appreciation Christmas gift. The girls at the front were extremely friendly, Helpful,Organized,And accommodating. During the repair time they organized for me a rental through Enterprise. Enterprise were just as accommodating and friendly and helpful. They did all the work for me all I had to do was show up at my appointment times. To make your life easier i recommend you choose city centre collision. You won’t regret it.

When I called and inquired about the status of our vehicle, the young lady on the phone told me she didn't know because they were so busy--it had been about 5 weeks at that point. I am so so happy with the service at this garage - I would give the 10,000 stars if I could. The communication was seamless and I really couldn't have asked for a better place to go after my first ever body repair having to be done on my vehicle. They were able to give me a quote within 24hours and have the door ordered the very next day. All in all my car was only off the road for a week and they had to replace a whole door + mirror and repaint. The other party involved in this incident offered to pay out of pocket and being my first incident I was weary because I didn't want to get stuck with the repair costs if he changed his mind. The garage ensures me multiple times that since they had spoken with the other party many times and had ensured payment that I would not be stuck with it. They really helped set my mind at ease. And then I got my car back today and it is BEAUTIFUL! I have a difficult colour to match and they were able to match it so well. On top of that - not sure if this is something that always gets done at other garages or - but my whole car is LITERALLY SPOTLESS. I did NOT know they would be tidying my car, otherwise I would have made time to tidy up a little better but the days leading up to this were so full and busy I didn't even think of it!! A little embarrassing on my part but I was SO happy to get my car back in this shape. Thanks for everything, you guys rock!!

UPDATED REVIEW: Had my Toyota vehicle repaired here after purchasing it used from North Bay Toyota with damage - we negotiated to have the damage repaired as part of the purchase agreement. The vehicle is my wife's 2013 grey corolla, they repaired a dent in the drivers door and the quality of work was fantastic, no concerns whatsoever - it looks fantastic still to this day (3 years later). Initially this review mentioned two vehicles being repaired but the dealership (North Bay Toyota) lied about City Centre Collision doing the work on the second vehicle. Angele reached out to me and confirmed that North Bay Toyota never brought the second vehicle to City Centre for repair. Angele was very nice to deal with and very helpful in resolving this matter. I would totally recommend City Centre Collision if your vehicle needs repair.

Have not been expressed with the work my 7 year old daughter can do better Now it's 2 months later my car is still not finished and I even had to buy tools for them to get the doors lined up and they didn't even give us are floor mats back I just found out that the other shop is going to have to do 125 hours of work to fix the work that city center says they have done after 6 months open saying the vehicle was good now the insurance has written it off because they did $20,000 worth of screw-ups

Due to the brutal winter we have been experiencing in North Bay we we involved in a black ice situation and slid into the rear of a vehicle ahead. No charges were laid but were deemed @ fault on Feb 8/19 Feb 12/19 Took the Murano to your facility and was told you were booking into April due to all the collisions of this nature recently The windshield reservoir was damaged and due to that fact the vehicle was not drivable As we were leaving on a trip Mar 12 we were anxious to have it repaired before then You bent over backwards for us and we picked up the Murano today Feb 26 15 days later Excellent Service & work Our Murano will remain in our garage @ home and safe while we are away for 3 weeks! We are very grateful to have a facility such as yours in our Community . Went here after a minor fender bender, the service was AMAZING! The receptionist that do the preliminary inspection where vigilant and thorough. The one (who was wearing white skinny pants) got underneath the car to inspect the structure WITH OUT TOUCHING THE GROUND! During the repairs I was supposed to receive updates via text message as the work was being done, however I never received them. Don't know if it was an isolated glitch or what, but it's a minor thing. The quality of the work is great. The paint matches perfectly, 12 years later. The cool part is you can see any evidence that there was any damage. Highly recommend using this company for your repairs. They weren't even scared to attempt a rust repair.
