I haven't had the pleasure of dealing with this company yet but a friend of mine said that he had taken his kids computer there for repair and the gentleman there was very polite knowledgeable and an excellent repair man with in a couple of days he had the thing fixed and my friend said it was cheaper than he expected cause it was thirty percent cheaper than the other estimates he had gotten so if you need a computer repaired this is the place to go

Great Service!!! 5 out of 5 Prompt Care provided great service that helped get my small business back online. My work laptop crashed on a Thursday afternoon and by the end of Friday, 2 other computer repair places couldn't recover my data. Even though it was a Friday at 6pm, I was able to reach Prompt Care, brought my laptop in on Saturday and they were able diagnose the problem quickly and recover all my data by the end of the weekend. Top quality service and affordable. No problem recommending them!

My old laptop was running super slow. Prompt Care cleaned it up, identified some glitches that were slowing it down, and notified me that my drive was showing some signs of wear and tear. I opted not to replace it due to the age of the machine but now I know what to expect and how to keep an eye on it.

Prompt care is the worst place you can take your system to. I went there for a virus removal and I lost EVERYTHING! I lost pictures of my late mother and grandmother that can never be replaced! They claimed they backed up my data, but when I got the computer back, they were all gone! They said they could not help me! These people over charged me and had the nerve to force me to pay for their services. Why would ANYONE want to pay YOU to delete my photos!? BUYER BEWARE! RUN AWAY! I should have went to Silvertown Electronics. I called a few other companies around town afterwards and now I wish I would have called around before all of this mess! HORRIBLE!
