Had good experiences in the past, but last year brought in my monitor to get fixed, after a few weeks of phone tag they stopped answering for me, I never did get my monitor back. thanks guys. --UPDATE:-- The owner Bryant is very knowledgeable and helpful, he helped make things right with my previous experience. Afterwards I paid to get my pc updated, working better than expected, great pricing as always, and now that they have had a staff turnover, I will be continuing to bring my pc there as I have in the past.. its good to be back! Great customer service! I was told my computer was completely broken and that my hard drive data couldn't be saved at another location and Morcor fixed everything for me. They saved all my data, moved all my components to a new tower, and reinstalled windows. Brought the computer home and it was 100% plug and play at a very affordable price. I will be going back to Morcor in the future and I will recommend them to friends. Thank you!

Never ever do business with these morons. They had my MacBook Air for 4 months for a broken screen. After months of calling and chasing with no progress and after being lied to between twenty and thirty times about the screen coming in I finally went and picked it up only to find out it's still broken. Worst customer service ever. Worst experience with a repair shop of any kind in my life. I would take it further but I have wasted enough of my breath on these idiots.

The big box stores had a 1-2 week lead time to even start to diagnose my PC issue. The team at Morcor Computers has my PC up and running the same day! Just Figured out that a pc i bought was supposed to have a 1tb hard drive, well what we figured out it had 120gb hard drive so i called and they would put a 1.5tb hard drive, well guess when the hard drive was manufactured in 2011, this place is a scam

I really like this store; offers alternate selection to walmart's horrible routers. Tenda stuff is there which allows wifi monitor mode on dongles and mac spoofing routers which can be helpful. Wanted a video card that is sold out everywhere and they took my number and called me soon as it came in 20 minutes before they closed and they waited for me to come pick it up. The new stuff prices are good. 4$ cheaper than walmart for displayport to hdmi adapter, the routers were 35$ compared to the 2 160$ d-link models i returned to walmart. They just need to more stock. More SD cards more adapters so i can buy 4 at a time, etc. I will surely update this post if I ever do have a bad experience.

I would give them 0 stars if it was an option. I went in with my macbook and explained that the trackpad was not working properly. They took it in, I paid for diagnostics and they said that there is liquid damage and would need to replace the whole trackpad. Fine, they ordered the trackpad from CHINA and told me it would be a week (this was in January). I am a student, and use my laptop religiously. It is now approaching May and they made no efforts to call me or inform me of anything. When I called, they said the part was there but they were not sure if it was the right one. When I verified that the part was the correct one, they told me they would call me back and never did. NOW, I took my computer to Apple and they said there was no water damage and that a few screws were missing and put in the incorrect spot on the trackpad inside my laptop. They said it is most likely from previous work done on my laptop by people who have no clue what they are doing (MORCOR!). It took Apple three days to fix my problem. It took Morcor 5 months and they did not do anything. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!

I've been having my computer serviced here ever since I first purchased one , Brian and Mike are pleasant , helpful and conscientious . I have never had a problem with their work , and they always explain what they've done . Brought my laptop in after a week of very sluggish performance and shoddy response to my commands. Dealt with Mike. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Great service, professional and knowledgeable for a reasonable price. My 14 years old computer was very slow, they changed the hard drive and put W10 in (replacing W7). This caused some hiccups, for which MORCOR was not responsible, yet had no issue with twice re-starting my system for free. They also assisted in setting up my email and fixed the sound for free. I would certainly recommend their services, might even buy a new custom made computer from them - still waiting for emailing me the pricing.

One day the part shipped, the next day the part is hard to get.. Which one is it Morcor?!? Now I have to pay another computer company to fix their incompetence and laziness!! They hang up my phone, and kept my macbook forever, bed attitude and wrong way to fix everything. Hi, to reply ur reply, it’s not about the budget, it’s the way u guys try to stolen time to not to pick up my phone, not to fix my computer. Normally I do not give reviews, but I was so blown away with the level of customer service I experienced on Saturday that I wanted to finally give a review after testing my laptop for a week or 2. I was only getting a black screen and could not turn on the laptop or turn it off. I couldn't even pull out the battery cause its built in. The computer tech that was working Saturday fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes and I was happy that I did not have to leave it with him and possibly not have it over the weekend.

Just wanted to thx the staff at Morcor Computers for bringing my dead laptop back to life. It would not turn on and I took it to a big box store and they tried to sell me a new one. Took it to Morcor and they were able to repair the mainboard for under 150 bucks. I will definitely tell everyone about you guys. The only reason I gave four stars was it did take a couple of weeks to get repaired. But I'm happy they were able to do it
