I bought an Android Box from them. I knew NOTHING about Android Boxes. After a few days, I tried "Returning To Factory Settings". That did not do what I thought it would. I brought it back and admitted my mistake, asking if he could reset or reload things. He shook his head in disbelief, simply handed me a new box and said "Don't do that again." It was slightly condecending, hence the loss of the star. But overall, it was positive.

Shout out to Millennium Computers in Welland. I had a computer disaster of epic proportions on Monday night... one with no real world happy ending. They were not only able to retrieve my data and put it onto a better computer than I already had for a "scream out loud low price", but they also over-delivered with a surprise I didn't discover till I got home. SERIOUSLY!?! You guys not only got the job done at a speed and price I hadn't dreamed of, but you also secretly downloaded the free program I noted I used most and saved me so much time. YOU GUYS ROCK! You've always been my go to, but WOW! Customer service like that is rare these days. THANK YOU! A disaster turned into an EARLY CHRISTMAS PRESENT! Still blown away by your customer care.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Tipped my bong over onto the computer and it bluescreened as well as made an indent on the plexiglass panel and the PC wouldn't POST after that. I called up Millennium Computers and asked if i could bring it in and they said of course! Brought it in on a very very snowy day and Nick was more than happy to help me, he asked what happened and I explained to him... After one day Nick called me saying that he was able to get into the login screen and needed the password so I gave it to him After the second day Nick called me and said it was working again after running tests over night! I WILL UPDATE THIS REVIEW IF IT BREAKS AGAIN THANKYOU SO MUCH NICK AND MILLENNIUM COMPUTERS I LOVE YOU

I was looking for a techie shop because I'm not a techie in any way, shape or form. I went there to get a computer for my wife. A young man named Steve took very good care of me and I bought a rebuilt DELL for a reasonable price for myself. The guys there are awesome and will answer any of your questions and lead you in the right direction. Much to my dismay I forgot the reason I went there for. When I got home my wife wanted to see what I bought. Suffice it to say I went back and bought one for my wife. I met Nick and he's another great guy. Keep up the good work guys. Wm. TONY Wells

I brought my laptop in to get my keyboard fixed, believing that a new keyboard would be the solution. They installed many keyboards to find out the problem wasn't with the keyboard, but the motherboard. I went into the store shortly after getting a call to figure out what they would recommend for that laptop, etc. They charged me no labour fees since the laptop did not get fixed and gave me some suggestions on what my next steps could be. The customer service was great and they always kept in touch with me to keep me informed. I would highly recommend going to Millennium Computers. They definitely take pride in there customer service and have gained a new customer. :)

The technician was very helpful. I'm technically challenged and get frustrated easily when installing programs, installing a new version of MS Office. They cleaned out unnecessary files and cleaned the components for a very reasonable price

I would never buy anything from this shop, I spent over an hour trying to get my money back for a product that would not work at my house, this man basically badgered me and said I didnt try to return it when I did. He said they had a seven day return policy (not posted or on the invoice )The shop was closed for most of the day only being open for 3 or 4 hours each day of July and closed on weekends,( I have a picture of the posted hours) my husband and I work full time and can't just take a day off to return something, bottom line NOT A GOOD PLACE TO BUY ANYTHING OR GET ANYTHING REPAIRED !!!

I have been going to Millennium Computers for years. Nick and his team have always provided exceptional service, and prices that couldnt be beat. I just purchased my first desktop computer from them and was more than happy with the customer service, knowledgable advice, and the price. A monitor, wireless mouse and keyboard, and tower for $350 all in - Steve even walked me through setting it up. Everything works perfectly. My parents referbished desktop is still going strong, and is going on year 7. Highly recommend.

Can't say enough about Sven at Millennium Computers. Needed his help for a 2nd time. Today with an issue that was affecting completion of a college assignment. Didn't have to leave the CPU, very reasonable charge, back to the assignment within a couple of hours. Grateful for this neighbourhood business here in Welland.????????

The owner is very knowledgable and will fix what you need for a fraction of what staples will charge you. I don't trust anyone else with my laptop, if you have a computer issue I would strongly recommend bringing it here first. Keep up the good work.

Bought a refurbished laptop. Great condition almost new. I noticed a spot on the screen where the pixels were too bright so I brought it back next day and he changed the whole screen under its free 90 day warranty with no problem. Good service.

Went in today with a problem with my laptop that has been bothering me for months, I could barely move it without fear of making it worse. They fixed it within an hour for a very low price. Excellent service, would highly recommend. They are very knowledgeable and do their job very well.

His personal touch is likely why his regular customers are loyal and new customers return. It would be odd to trust the negative comments without judging for yourself, as with anything really.

Poor experience first android box didn't work properly returned 5 times to be told it was fine finally returned again to be looked at to be told it was fried and they would update with a newer faster for 40 dollars more as it turns out the first one was better than the second one that doesn't work either modbro and live TV downloads that buffer non stop switching to iptv and was told the box I just got from millennium was outdated thanks guys for screwing over a disabled person

This place takes advantage of thier customers if they posess a lack of experience and knowledge with computers and the problems that often come up with them...they are also quite often far too overpriced for extremely outdated systems.The store is also very limited in accsesories and hardware\software aswell as any kind of updated or usable services on hand.

WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE AS THE OWNER IS VERY RUDE AND SPOKE TO MY FRIEND TODAY LIKE SHE WAS STUPID AND HAD NO IDEA WHAT SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT.
