I took my computer in to them after my hardrive shut down. I thought my computer was totally ruined and it actually crashed a couple hours after putting my dog down. The man was very understanding and said he'd look at it and try his best to recover any data that was important to me (such as photos of the dog, as well as my writing.) It didn't take long for him to find and fix the problem and it was very cheap! I had been about to send it to GeekSquad, but I'm happy that I sent it to Computer Express instead. It was over $ 100's cheaper and the service was great! If I need another repair I'll definitely be going back to them.

Terrible experience. Telephone often not answered and rarely a callback. Now phone number is out of service. Will never use again due to Jeff's poor customer service and not ensuring computer actually worked after install completed. Maybe it was the previous partner who provided the great service the other people are talking about. Don't trust them now. Business is moving in another direction focusing on websites, not PC repairs.
