I’ve dealt with this person before and had an excellent experience, fair pricing and quick response time. However this time I feel like I have no other choice but to write this review. I ordered a part and paid for it and the service upfront and didn’t think anything of it. However it’s now been 2 months and still my phone has not been fixed. The first time the part came in broken which was fine, things happen and I wasn’t angry. I’ve been told that the part has been in St. John’s since July 20th and every time I’ve tried to set up a day to bring my phone in there was been no response. I’ve since asked for a refund and while they said I would get it I still have not received it. Now I can’t get a response to any message I send and I am out $180. Will from now on be taking my business elsewhere and overall wouldn’t recommend.

DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE FOR REPAIRS. I DROPPED MY PHONE OFF FOR REPAIRS WHICH WAS OPERABLE AT THE TIME OF DROP OFF. WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE AN HOUR OR SO. AFTER AN HOUR AND A HALF I GOT A MESSAGE SAYING THEY NEEDED ANOTHER PART. AT THAT TIME I GAVE THEM THE GO AHEAD TO ORDER THE PART. DROPPED MY PHONE OFF ON A TUES MORNING AT AROUND 11. A WEEK LATER STILL NO PARTS, SO I MAKE ARRANGMENTS TO PICK UP MY PHONE. THEY GAVE ME MY PHONE AND A NEW SCREEN MIGHT I ADD (lol). TOOK MY PHONE TO ANOTHER REPAIR SHOP AND WAS TOLD THE SCREEN IS NO GOOD AND MY PHONE IS NOT REPAIRABLE! IMAGINE THAT! MY PHONE WORKED WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF, JUST NEEDED A NEW SCREEN. I INFORMED THE TECHNICIAN OF WHAT I WAS TOLD AND HE SAID THE PHONE IS REPAIRABLE THAT NO ONE IN THE ST JOHNS AREA CAN FIX IT BUT HIM! I DOUBT THAT BUT HEY! TO THIS DAY ( 5 WEEKS LATER) THE PARTS HAVE NOT ARRIVED AS IM BEING TOLD. I DROPPED OFF A PHONE THAT WAS IN OPERATING CONDITION ONLY TO GET BACK A PHONE THAT WILL NOT EVEN TURN ON! IMAGINE! IF THE PARTS THAT THEY SAY NEED RO BE REPLACED, MY PHONE WOULD HAVE NOT BEEN WORKING WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF. THEY BROKE MY PHONE AND NOW WONT FIX IT. I GUESS I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN IR TO THE PROFESSIONALS! LIKE ANYONE TRYING TO SAVE A $, LESSON WELL LEARNED, CHEAPER IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER!
