Had my computer in to this shop last week to have a virus scanner installed. Got it back with windows reinstalled, and they did not even manage to get the virus scanner install. Completely incompetent staff.

Great Apple Service Centre. They accept products by mail which other centres do not. Had my computer repaired and ready for me within my required timeline. Great service !!
