Considerably disappointed with a screen repair experience. I was given no choice about investing in a damaged phone, the repair being equal to or greater than replacing the phone. They proceeded with the screen replacement without consulting despite the phone body itself being bent. It seemed as if the attempt was made to conceal this when I came to check on the status of the repair, having heard nothing, and made an excuses about not contacting me. Out of the protective case it was immediately evident the screen was protruding from the body and once it was powered up (it was allowed to be returned to me with dead battery) It was clear that the touch screen was ‘touching’ all by itself and responding erratically to the inputs. Perhaps due to twisting to make it fit in the bent body.I don’t know what if anything can make up for this experience.
