Had a great first experience . Brought in a faulty charging cord and the staff tested it free of charge and sold me a used cord for only 35$. Would recommend! *UPDATE* Went in today, and received the best service, the owner was closing in an hour, but he still took the time to look over & repair my laptop. Highly recommend.

What a waste of time. Incredibly poor communication and disregard for a fellow business person's time. I gave him many chances to come through, and he was late the first time for the estimate, no show and no call the next time (for the service), and then 3 hours late the third time (I had to leave). Called and emailed to rebook thinking maybe his craft is better than his business manners...no reply at all. Then called to have one of my products returned to me, and still no reply...and I have showed up at his place a few times with no luck. Surprised and surely dissapointed to say the least. I will not be using his service, and will let my associates know how much of my time he wasted.

Poor service, lack of communication, never opened and never return your calls. Paid for service on my desk top,, wasn't fixed, returned it to be repaired, picked it up again, still not working, now I have to take it to get repaired to someone else. I wasted $100 on nothing grr Do not take your computer to this company!!!

Communicated via email predominantly. A few images, a few correspondence exchanges, and the laptop was dropped off, repaired and picked up much quicker then I expected. They offered affordable solutions for my repair needs and all together saved me from having to buy a new laptop. Couldn't be happier!
