Considering this is the only place to get help with my Apple phone in Moncton, I’m discouraged. There was a glitch with my iPhone, and was told they would back up my phone on the iCloud and uninstall everything and if need be, would be able to go back to the backup. Problem was, they didn’t back up my pictures.... made 3 trips for absolutely nothing... luckily I had done a backup on my own on my pc. Bunch of kids doing an adult job.

I was in the store today looking to buy a charger (usually a simple less than 5 minute transaction) there was people at both tills (with only one worker working till, 3-4 others it looked to be in the back -first problem) and one of the customers had offered to let me grab my item fast as he knew he would be a while, when he had said it the 2nd time so the employee could hear, the employee had rudely told him you were here first it doesn't work that was (-2nd problem) and than continuingly gave me glances (-3rd issue), so I just left will never shop their again would rather drive to Halifax to go to actual Apple Store

Got upsold a charger here for my iphone that broke within two weeks, while I paid 30$ for it, they wouldn't let me exchange it. Other than the faulty product and policies there, everything is alright, the staff is friendly, modern and clean looking.

The ethernet connection on my mac stopped working. After speaking with apple they told me the easiest way to resolve the problem was to take it in to Jump Plus in Dieppe. Apple told me that even though we are 36 days out of warranty, they would cover it. When I called jump plus they told me they would charge me $60 just to look at it regardless of what apple has told me. Fortunately my WiFi works. Screw you Jump Plus. After reading all the negative reviews on this site I suppose I shouldn't be surprised with this crappy approach.

Went in to have my MacMini serviced . Was all hum-drum and kinda drug-out. Talked to Terra The *IPhone Champion* about my Celluare plan and got a better package , not a cheaper one , but a better performing one . Very knowledgeable and Very understanding . So, I was referred to your Moncton store by Apple for a warranty iPhone repair. Apple tried to transfer me to you, but you wouldn't take my call because you're too busy and you're not "a friggin' call centre". Guess what, since you're so busy, I'll go elsewhere to get my phone fixed and you'll never see me step foot in your store again.

The store itself was NOT helpful at my first visit, 2 weeks ago. Today I dealt with JULIEN & FRANK- AMAZING customer service. Understanding of my situation & very caring. They had me in and out of the store in minutes compared to their coworkers who had me waiting a day for any info (which was none). If you do need to access the Jump + Store, ensure you get ahold of either JUILEN or FRANK (Francois), they will get you figured out. A++ customer service with these two men! So greatly appreciated by someone who works on their mac 24/7 for my career. Other coworkers should take note of the amazing quality of customer service these men provide. The store in Moncton and employees are fantastic! After a repeat issue with my cell phone provider on Black Friday, I will only deal with them. They fixed a major problem and went out of their way to do it. Not only did my provider lie to me repeatedly, they were unwilling to offer any assistance. Both the store manager Devin and 2 other employees, Terra & Chelsea, stayed long past closing to make sure my issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Way to go Jump Plus! It’s great to have an Apple Authorized Repair and Retail store in the Moncton area. Here you can get repairs and advice on your in-warranty or even out-of-warranty Apple products. Don’t expect same day service, and honestly unless you have Apple Care you may be better served to try repairing yourself or finding another cheaper alternative. I do however checking with Jump Plus first.

Once again I received incredible service, I’ve never had a bad experience at Jump+ Moncton. They made the whole process of upgrading my phone and easy and enjoyable one. I dealt with different people in the different departments and each and every one was happy and helpful. I am not very tech savvy and they took the time to help me set up the phone and explain its different features. My boyfriend saw how easy the experience was and decided to also upgrade his phone on the spot. Thank you to everyone at the store!

Great, friendly staff. No pressure to buy products but are there if you have any questions or issues at all. The storefront is clean and well laid out, not unlike a true Apple Store. It is not a large space and can, at times of high customer volume, feel cramped. Other than that, I highly recommend visiting this Apple Authorized Reseller as they can help with repairs or product exchanges.

I went in that store a week ago with my iPhone 6 that died from water damage just to explore my options and they said they could give me a 500$ credit toward a new iPhone 6. I thought it was great... When I called today to confirm that's what I wanted to do, the lady on the phone said that it was worth nothing if it was not functionnal. I told her what I was told by another staff member the week before, and she paraphrased the same thing to me but in a very arrogant way. I am very upset with the staff's lack of communication skills and policy knowledge.

I knew my iphone battery was bad. Went to get it replaced but they said it was fine. I checked it myself with coconut battery software and it showed 880 cycles and 58% health! Battery should be replaced so I'll take it somewhere else.

I mostly dealt with Zacharie during the 3 weeks that my phone was back and forth to Apple for diagnosis of a battery issue.. and he was phenomenal. He stayed in communication with me at every step of the process, and genuinely cared about resolving the issue to my satisfaction. I dealt briefly with a few of the other staff as well, and they each gave the same caliber of customer service. No one likes to be without their phone for any period of time, but these guys made it so much more bearable. Highly recommend.

Not only were they able to resolve the issue and cover it under warranty, they were also able to resolve an unrelated issue and get it covered under warranty as well. Would absolutely recommend. bought a Mac Air computer at this store and they gave me an unopened one, the charger cord are all messed up inside the box and it has lots of scratches. my brother told me it has always to be sealed and all that.. but the worker their said they just opened it for view sample. but it has a lot of scratches like it was really over used. i returned and they replaced it but didn't said any nor apologize... i wasn't convince that it was for view sample cause they all have it displayed in the store.. i was disappointed.

I had a computer in for a display issue and experienced excellent customer service at Jump+. Even though I walked in (I didn’t realize I needed an appointment until I was on my way to Moncton, sorry!) I was still able to leave the computer with them to have it looked at. I'm waiting in line as I'm writing this. I had an appointment for 5:20 pm, it's now 6:00 pm and we haven't even had a chance to talk to anyone. There is one person managing the service counter, and 4 on the sales floor. Seems simple enough to put a second person at the service counter seeing as there's no lineup in sales. I've waited less time at the doctor. If there was another option in Moncton I would certainly go there. Next time I'll mail it for repair and skip this frustration. Complete disappointment

Terrible service here. Recently had problems with a laptop I purchased a few years ago and called Apple support. They made me an appointment at the closest location which was here. When I drove an hour to get here I walked in and was told there were no technicians available to look at the computer and they would need to keep it for upwards of a week. I asked if anyone who was working might know how to fix the issue and was immediately shut down. What is the point of having “appointments” if there’s no one actually there that can help you and they need a week to fix something that shouldn’t be a big deal. I need the computer for work so I had to bite the bullet and hope that I could fix it on my own because I am not able to go a week without my computer. Luckily I was able to fix it on my own after 8 hours of cursing. Also, do not shop here, I have recently learned they charge you more for some products in store than what Apple has them listed for online. For what you get from this location you’d be better off driving to the nearest real Apple store which I believe is in Halifax, I have had much better experiences there than this rip off. Would give 0 stars if possible. Go to a real Apple store with a Genius Bar, don’t support this “authorizes reseller exam” Edit: I have since reached out to the email listed in the response from the owner but have heard nothing since. I stand by what I said. Gave them a chance again but same old problem.

Poor service, I purchased all of my apple devices from jump plus, today I went to have a glass protector replace on a new iPhone 12 for damage that was caused by a poor install on their part. The glass protector was installed touching directly on my otterbox defender, both where install in store by one of the staff. The glass protector shattered in the corner because of the bad instruction. The store refused to replace the protector even do it was apparent that it was installed incorrectly by the store at purchase. i don’t recommend Jump Plus if your looking for good service of honor their warranty policies.

The staff at this store are amazing. I couldn't get over how professional, personal, and patient everyone was. I brought my dead iphone in and was greeted by Tara who ran a quick diagnostic and got a tech named Yannick to work with me. He was just as great a Terra and ran more tests and realized my phone would have to be sent out for repair, so they got me set up with a loaner phone and called me only 5 days later.. When I came back I had the pleasure of meeting both Matty and Julien who were able to get me a new phone and walk me through the details of everything. This was all done as a walk-in service. Thank you so much to everyone that helped me. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!

I purchased a MacBook Pro in 2014 at this location (Dieppe). Recently I have been having problems with my Mac, as it was scrolling down to the bottom of the page on its own. I took my Mac into Jump+ to have it fixed. It cost 69 dollars for the diagnostic and it came back with the following diagnosis..." keyboard diagnostics has failed cost of replacement keyboard would be 761.00 with taxes". I decided to not have it repaired and was planning to buy another Mac, however I thought I should get a second opinion first. I took the Mac to a local guy, explained the problem (scrolling down). At the front counter he opened it up and within 3 or 4 minutes he noted that the scroll down key was pushed in a bit and that was likely the problem. He kept my Mac over night and I picked it up the next day. He charged me 55 dollars, taxes in, and yes it was a stuck key. I'm not impressed with this service at Jump +.

Carista OBD2 adapter. I lost my original adapter and wanted a new one. Unfortunately they were out of stock in Canada, so they directed me to the UK . I was able to get a new one from them. I Am having a horrible experience with jump! I have to say the whole Apple experience has been disappointing with my "lemon" of an iPhone 6! Whether it's been blaming "software issues" on my storage problems (such as apps I have on my phone, because Apple does not make the apps, so they could carry issues, therefore no way to know if/which apps are/may be causing my problems) or blaming the small hairline crack in my screen (which has been there for months) for the front microphone problem. My phone is now 5-6 months old, I can no longer receive phone calls unless the call is placed on speaker mode. Today I have no audio on any videos I try to watch. The guy at jump told me that he never sees front microphone issues repaired, but usually results in a new phone. Left my phone there for the night, returned in the morning on Sunday to learn that they could only fix my microphone problem with a screen replacement for $185. Told them that I could fix it elsewhere for much cheaper but was warned it would nul and void my warranty (WHAT WARRANTY?!?!) if I took it to anyone else! Furthermore I was told that front microphone problems were not as a rule, repairable! I was promised a phone call Saturday evening, did not receive one. Was promised a phone call early today for an update after the "Apple Meeting" STILL WAITING GUYS!! Look me up! Beth

Amazing customer service. I walked in with my brother so he could buy a phone and walked out with one myself. Terra made the whole process a pleasure and a genuine good time. She went the extra mile ensure that i felt comfortable with the investment and ended up with the phone best suited for my wants and needs, even which phone felt most comfortable in my hand. Terra made my day. I went back a few days later to get air pods with my sister in-law and again walked out with my own pair. Terra sold me on the features and took time to get to know my needs. I felt as though she was invested in providing me with the best experience possible both in store and with both of the products I purchased from her. I will be going back to jump+ for all of my technology needs but also just to see her smile. Highly recommend this store, especially if you have the privilege of being served by Terra, she is a delight. The best customer service experience I have ever had.

I am so impressed with how far above and beyond these guys went for us. We had issues setting up a new phone and went in out of frustration on Saturday evening. Not only did they solve the problem - they stayed late to get this done for us (and on a Saturday night). Terra was amazing and I would recommend her and Jump+ to anyone!

Called Apple and they were unable to help fix my daughters macbook air. doesnt turn on. was told to go into jump plus. went in... straight to service when the guy out front asked if i was picking something up. Said no that i need someone to look at this macbook air, wont turn on. Then was told that he doesnt have anyone in service right now (7:30pm) and that there were all these people in line so i would have to wait. No problem.... waited 20 minutes to get to the front to be told that the service closed at 6 and that they only do appointments now. booked one for the next day but if i had of known that i wouldnt have waited and would have called to book the appointment. waste of time. will see how they make out today..... fingers crossed

We booked an appointment 5 days ago and drove an hour today to have a battery replaced in an IPhone 7. When booking via email we specified what we wanted done. Upon arrival at the store we waited about 15 minutes to speak to a service representative. She went through all the steps to prepare the phone for for the service ( another 15 to 20 minutes ) only to then inform us there were no more batteries available for IPhone 7. She told us they could order one and it would be in in about 2 or 3 days. Our options were to leave the phone or book another appointment for later in the week. How a store would make an appointment and not ensure the part would be available is beyond me. They at least could have let us know before going that they would not be able to provide that service. So after rescheduling my appointment, upon arrival I was told that they need twice as long to do the job as they are training someone. I was told it would be done in about two hours. Guess again. When I returned about two hours later, I was told it will be another 20 minutes or so. 20 minutes later, it was still not ready and I was again told they needed 20 minutes more. No explanation or discount was offered, all I got was a bucket load of “sorry”. Finally a technician came out to tell me there was an issue with the phone. He told me that the phone is no longer working but they don’t think it was battery related. It would not go past the Apple symbol when attempting to power it on. His initial offer was to sell me a replacement phone for about half of their selling price of 400 something dollars and not charge me for the battery replacement. Really?! I didn’t agree to this as the phone had no issues before they did this service so it was obvious they broke the phone while attempting to change battery. So why should I pay anything? I asked to talk to their manager (Frank) who offered me the same deal and nothing else. I called their “head office” and explained the situation, they talked to the manager Frank, who then offered to replace the broken phone with the new one of the same model free of charge. So finally after about 4 hours I was able to leave. So my advice to all future customers is make sure you back up your phone and be prepared to waste hours and hours of your time, just to be offered a 50% discount on the same model phone because yours is no longer functioning after their “professional” servicing.

Terrible customer service - never return a call - i have left 4 messages - after the second one - went in to complain about the service and asked for the manager to call me - still no call - i then spoke to the administrator and she said they are busy and no time to return calls - i asked again for the manager to call - no one to date has called. Today i was in and the administrator told me that no one was there to look at my computer that was fixed last week - but then she went in the back came out and said the guy who fixed it last week remembered it and told her the answer. So i guess someone was there...

Very rude customer service; Brought my iMac in for diagnosis of an issue, they took it in and told me it would take 5 business days MAX to hear back... It's been 2 weeks and nothing. I called them today three times and a girl named Laura answered the first time and she said the technician was going to call me back in 30 mins. 2 hours later, after hearing nothing, I called again. Laura answered again and became very sassy. I told her I've been waiting for the technician to call me for much longer than she promised and she just brushed me off with "well do you want to talk to him or not?" Anyway, it's 7 pm now and I first called at 3 pm. Just called them again (someone else answered) and they said the technician has been meaning to call me but didn't get around to it and that I should hear back tomorrow. Crossing my fingers this time around, I just want my computer back. Needless to say, horrific service.

They never answer their phones. Any time of the year your sent to voice mail. Also they take atleast a day to return your calls. They made me book an apointment to get a battery replaced in my iphone one time because it was "appointment only" i showed up and waited a half hour in line because they were taking walk-ins for the same service.

We went in the store tonight with our daughters and their ipads that they hadn't been able to use for over 6 months since we had forgotten the passwords. We are beyond pleased with the service we received. We left with happy girls and two working ipads! The technicians were funny, kind, knowledgeable and fast. We will be back soon for sure! If I could rate 6 stars, I would! I have been to this Jump+ location twice in the past two months, once to purchase my new iPhone and once to purchase my new laptop for university.Both times, we spoke with Terra, who genuinely gave me the best customer service I think I've ever received! She is truly the reason I purchase all my products from this jump+. Each time I speak with her, she is so attentive to my needs and explains my options in a very comprehensive way. She always makes sure I leave the store with exactly what I need, (not the most expensive product she can convince me to buy - as is common in for retailers). Buying technology can be scary when you don't understand all the tech lingo in the descriptions; but I always leave the store with more knowledge and understanding, as she always makes sure I understand what I'm buying! If you need help finding a product, I definitely recommend finding Terra at this location, you will not be disappointed. (and even if you are, she'll politely help you resolve it)
